Nothing They rejected to check us in the middle of night as they had some problem with system integration with Booking.com, even though our booking was confirmed.

Very nice location at walking distance of old city center. Rooms are simple but clean. Very nice breakfast, lots of choice. We missed some amenities like coffee machine in the room, iron board and outside area to relax or rooftop to relax.

Everything was perfectly nice. Breakfast was great. Things were fine for me, but family on a lower floor said the WiFi was terrible in their room.

Nice rooms and in a good area. Staff was helpful The ground floor rooms are terrible, but they were able to upgrade me to a higher floor which was much nicer. Also a bit expensive.

It's standard these days... Our safe didn't work. They replaced it (yes literally picked it up carried the first one out and brought another in), but the safes are supposed to be fixed to a heavy piece of furniture...

Well located and spacious rooms. Sympathetic staff with the “jeitinho mineiro” and accomodating. I needed a late checkout and they permitted it with a smile, even though the hotel was full. Bedlinen and mattress really comfy. Breakfast as a buffet is fine, but dinner wasn’t so much of an inventive menu. A la carte Menu would be more appropriate for the restaurant’s atmosphere.

Upon arrival we asked reception about an early breakfast or a box breakfast as we had to leave by 4am. Upon checking with the kitchen no box breakfast was available however we were told we could access the restaurant and have whatever was available but it would be limited. This was acceptable. Morning we left restaurant was locked. Reception called the kitchen and we were informed nothing was available until 5am or later. Very dissatisfied
