I liked the hotel and the service

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, cleaning done every day. The hotel location near the beach was really nice. We liked the variety of breakfast choices, dinner was ok. It would have been nice to have heated swimming pools and also the posibility of heating the room.

This is our second stay and we returned because the first experience was so pleasant. However, this time, we were persuaded to purchase the all inclusive 'dinner' drinks. When we checked out we discovered that the restaurant offered us a premium drink that was not included and had to pay a rather hefty surcharge upon departure. This was not explained to us when we purchased the package/at the restaurant. When we checked out, we expressed out disappointment and were just told that 'the restaurant should have informed us'. This is not acceptable or what we expected from a resort of this calibre. Sadly, we will not be returning.

Hotel quiet outdated. Not recommended for 4 star hotel No coffee machine or kettle to make tea in the room. House keepers did not change our bed linens. We had to call the reception to complain and it was resolved.

I give 3 stars because staff was very nice + nice location. But truly, it is a motel-level 2-star hotel if it was in Germany, Britain or the rest of normal Europe.

Large room lovely view over sea Clean Poor food selection overall,very basic. Drastic lighting in pool bar in the evening- too bright Smokers not asked to move to smoking area so bar filled with smoke from outside

The hotel had everything that you required, The pool area was lovely the dining hall was excellent, we had B&B and the breakfasts were brilliant. The size of the room and bathroom was generous. The hotel was a little tired looking and so was our room. It was located right at the end of the resort so we hadto get cabs everywhere.

Great sea view When on pool deck was almost hit by a half full pepsi can that had fallen/blown from a room balcony above
