Turned up to check in on 12/10/23 and the hotel has been closed for 3 months!!! Do not book without ringing and checking first as this hotel currently does not exist and booking.com had to sort out alternative accommodation! The staff was amazing. They made us feel very welcome and the hotel is super comfortable. One receptionist called Mila is very rude and is not fit to work with people face to face. She is very cold and not very friendly. She should have more compassion and not act like a robot without feelings when she give out information. Never met a person like that before working in public. And i have more than 20 years of experience in costumer service. I work in a hotel too so i know that this is not the way to treat people. We had problems with the payment and she acted horrible. Everybody else were excellent but she acted like a cold robot. I dont understand who she can be the first person a guest meet when arriving. Maybe the hotel owner should give her a class in how to communicate or replace her.

The location is great, right at the beach almost. One of our beds were wobly so we had to MacGyver fix it and we found a new friend Jimmy the coacroach running in our room.

The reception was very welcoming. Zak and Claudia were very very nice to us. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and happy. A receptionist called Mila is one of the worst receptionists ive ever been in contact with. She is cold,has no empathy, and is treating us in a very bad way although we are guests. I have worked more than 20 years in the hospitality industri and ive never met someone like her. She is not suited for having contact with guests and should work in a office instead.

The view. It being closed down and us having to deal with rude employees and rude police telling us we had to leave. Very stressful.

Location is good. Rooms are a good size. Breakfast was fair. Traditional Spanish Hotel. Bar not open. Not enough kitchen items.
