Very clean and staff very helpful The water pressure was so poor that we tried to run a bath but after 30 minutes and just a puddle of water we gave up. The air conditioning was not to the standard expected. We did request it to be looked at but the engineers said he could feel a draft. Due to this and the warm weather we had to sleep with the windows open but the seagulls in the morning caused broken sleep. The basketball/football area should be restricted to times as the bouncing of the ball meant you could not sit on the balcony when children weee playing

The accommodation consisted of two rooms with a small kitchenette, and access to the spa area, indoor pool, and sauna was included. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fish served at both lunch and dinner. The room amenities were also appreciated, as coffee, tea, and two small bottles of water were provided every day. Overall was a wonderful experience, the staff is customer oriented. - we couldn't smoke on the terrace of the room - food did not have salt/ seasonings (the majority)

Won't let you check in early... Beds are very uncomfortable. The inside of the hotel is very outdated.

Great location, next to a supermarket and to the quieter side of the local beach. Perfect for families. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The lunch on Christmas day was amazing. My 6-year old kid loved the mini-disco they do every evening. Great, heated, indoor poor, with sauna. I was on the 4th floor and could hear the music from the bar/disco. But not loud enough to disturb sleep. I imagine if your room was closer to the bar, you would have more trouble. The games area (mini bowling, air hockey) is paid. Which makes sense but disappointed me as I didn't get this impression from looking at the photos and hotel description.

No adjustments, no compassion. No empathy. Avoid.

Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The rooms were old and needed upkeep. The bedding was dingy with holes and stains. The pool was ok, but many areas were in need of repair. The worst thing was the food. We had a halfboard, and all of the meals were pretty bad. The breakfast was better than the dinners. At dinner, we kept finding food that was not cooked properly. The chicken was raw inside. Many of the meat staion were like this. The paella was overcooked and hard. The pasta was overcooked and mushy. The bread didn't taste fresh. Giving our other stays in Spain and Europe, it was very underwhelming. I would not be able to recommend it to anyone.

My daughter and I had the best week, we felt so safe, indoor pool a big bonus as the outdoor one was a little cold. Great selection at breakfast. Good location, walk to beach, restaurants and bars, short walk to supermarket. And easy access to hotel though car park. We would certainly come back again. We didn’t love the balcony on room 419 as there was no sun coming in as there was a wall on ours, but on a plus it meant sleep ins as the room was dark. When asked to move we couldn’t be accommodated on the day as they hotel was booked out but said we could try another day. However we didn’t as we wanted to unpack and enjoy the week, therefore staff very accommodating.
-
The indoor pool and the food and staff The main bar needs a decor makeover -very dark and not modern I have stayed here for years and feel Benys bar needs a more modern comfort feeling Think the reception patio is fab should be a cocktail rooftop terrace waste of lively space The entertainment staff lovely and doing their best but lacks the variety shows and musicals of the past

Breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful and polite. The indoor and outdoor pools were really good. Highly recommend, location was good, very close to the beach. We were allocated a room on the rooftop top so the ceiling had a strange inclination, almost impossible to avoid hitting your head on the ceiling. Nothing to do about it, I suppose, just a note that this room in particular was not the best.
