Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and I felt very safe! :) Good breakfast buffet, too. The beds were the most firm/hard mattresses I've ever experienced. It felt like a plank of wood. And the bedsheets were basically just two top-sheets.

The hotel was far far better than we expected,wonderful staff,very clean,very freindly,very well situated,we loved every minute of it

Clean, convenient to the marina, comfortable room with terrace. Good buffet breakfast with lots of options. A/C/ fan didn’t work, but I decided I could do with out and didn’t ask for someone to come fix it. Most staff were friendly, but a few seemed a bit done with tourists.

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unacceptable and Abusive Treatment at the Hotel Dear Booking.com Customer Service, Regardless of the hotel’s location, size, or rating, I had an extremely bad and even frightening experience. At check-out time, the reception called me asking when I would leave the room. I politely informed them I needed 10 more minutes to finish packing my belongings. Instead of understanding, the receptionist rudely ordered me to leave immediately, then hung up on me. A few minutes later, he came to my door with a large, intimidating security guard, who started pounding violently on the door. When I opened, both began shouting at me in Spanish, using offensive language. I felt threatened and unsafe, and the situation almost escalated into a physical confrontation. I requested to speak with the manager, but they refused and forcibly expelled me from the hotel in a humiliating and abusive manner. This was a deeply disturbing and unacceptable experience that ruined my trip. I request that Booking.com investigate this matter with the utmost seriousness and ensure that such unprofessional and violent behavior is addressed immediately. Everything is within a close proximity The mattress could improve.

Breakfast and lunch were great, everyday new menu provided.

The view, the people everything was good

Hotel was in central location, although it is based on what is known as cardiac hill. It was within walking distance to most attractions. It was also really clean Toilet flush was so weak. It basically stopped working by the end of the stay. Big thing to point out is the lack of an iron or ironing facilities. Apparently they don’t offer this for safety reasons. This caused us a few outfit problems.
