It was very comfortable and great views. It service was excellent. It was super clean Nothing much. Only two things : The only thing was that the breakfast did not have a wide selection and it was a bit slow as you had to order your meal from a list. The quality was excellent. One other thing , People could see through the windows as they get to their room.

They made me fill out this survey about my room preferences, but just gave me a random room at check-in. My friends booked the same room type at a different website and got it cheaper (we booked at the same time). Check-in took a while.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Privacy, cleanliness and comfort were superb. Small considerations, gifts and touches like Clarins, soaps, shampoos and body lotions was a very pleasant surprise and enjoyed accompaniment. Private beachfront sunbeds with beach towels and pool towels readily available. Entertainment at dinner included a flamenco show one night and pianist on another night. Both were very enjoyable. Had a wonderful stay. The food was good but not superb. There was a flamenco show one evening for a set price with a bbq included. The starters which was self-serve was very nice. The bbq was quite bland, unseasoned and average at best. Another night the main course served by the restaurant was average. Mind you that the ambiance and staff was all wonderful.

The staff were great but the hotel seems very run down and dated. Lots of dirty sun loungers and the rooms are in need of modernisation. We had a bathtub which hadn’t been cleaned properly and had other peoples hair in it which was off putting. The whole place needs modernisation. The rooms were quite dark. Each room has a pair of sun loungers out the front but this means people sit on the loungers late into the night drinking, talking and generally it was very noisy until about 1am so we didn’t sleep well at all.

Absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location close to the boulevard with many bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful room with a large terrace facing the sea.

The initial welcome was as warm and informative as could be. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room, facilities, products etc all wonderful. The bed, linen and pillows extremely comfortable. Breakfast and service magnificent. What more can we say - we are returning in a couple of days and extending our visit!! Nothing

Fantastic food,all day long! Superb service very friendly and attentive. Absolutely excellent! Particularly from Carlos,Alfonso, Oscar and the manager Marie( I think that was her name,sorry if I’ve got that wrong! ) Too many to mention!!

An amazing hotel with the best staff, nothing was too much, the spa was awesome, breakfast great, pool service quick. Re-booked for May ! Denada

The location of the hotel is good, but our last stay was a disappointment due to a strong constant ventilation noise in the room and a very cold bathroom. That resulted in 2 sleepless nights out of 3 booked. I do feel that all what happened could be easily prevented from happening if someone would take care to prepare our room before our arrival. It was a bad experience for us. No-one offered a some sort of compensation for the uncomfortable stay at 5 star hotel !! We have been staying at this hotel in the past without problems and were looking forward to this visit, thus it was and it is even more disappointing to realise the failure of the hotel in meeting our expectations.
