Great location, clean room, comfortable bed. Excellent lighting and plenty of power outlets (which many hotels/motels lack). I would definitely stay here again.

Also, there were signs everywhere that it was a non-smoking property but many people staying there were outside smoking every time I went out. To be fair, I did not even bother to talk to the staff about the problems because I was only there for the night and given the state of the room I assumed that was just the way they operated. The only redeeming factor was that there were several restaurants within walking distance. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to anybody for any length of stay.

Pillows were so thick that we could not use them. Only cold water at the bathroom sink. Water leaking into the bathroom from the adjoining room.

It’s a decent room, but smelled kinda funky and there were suspicious persons continuously walking past our room, but other than that it was ok

I think it’s a two star motel and that’s what we got. Inexpensive lodging with some dirty baseboards. Otherwise it was just fine.

For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!
