Continental breakfast was very minimal. Vending machines out for hotel repairs and vendors did like movement of machines while upgrades preformed. For the price of rooms the beds uncomfortable. Who puts a microwave in a hotel room with a bright clock? Expected better from price point and the brand of Wyndham. Very disappointed. Will find different accommodations in Central Oregon next time.

Not sure if it was because of the renovations it seems they were working on but the property was a bit of a mess. No ice/vending machines, stairs even on first floor, and room was just OK.

This hotel appears to be the town party hotel. We had noise on both sides of us all night, and the walls were so thin we could hear every word from those rooms. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the ac unit made an awful grinding noise when it came on. We left this hotel very early in the morning since neither of us had any sleep all night. The front desk person was very kind and helpful, but that was about the only positive with our stay here.

Good location; The room was small but the biggest problem was no air conditioning and we were not aware. They have a large floor fan in the room which is almost too big for the room. The location of the hotel was good. Breakfast was very good. The room was overpriced for what you get.

Bend is expensive so only paying less than 100 came in handy

Friendly, helpful staff.

This last weekend was the second time we stayed at this Super 8. You get all the amenities of a 4 star such as pool, hot tub and complimentary continental breakfast but it costs about a $100 less a night than most of its competitors in the area. Rooms have microwaves and fridges. Fred Meyer is next door if you’re needing anything. The service is responsive and friendly. The tv is basic without cable but that’s not why we were there. If you’re into exploring the surrounding Bend area (Smith Rock, Lava River Cave, and the High Desert Museum) without spending a fortune this is your best option.

Breakfast is not good and not suitable for kids.

Proximity to walking, very helpful staff Musty smelling, no ice machine or vending, satellite tv had few working channels, morning breakfast had little variety

Overall conditions were ok. The pool and hot tub area was fair sized. The bed had many different pillows to choose from which was awesome. Didn’t expect a luxury hotel but there were some areas that had a bad odor. Breakfast was ok and there was allot of variety.

The staff was ok No elevator an stayed on 3 rd floor. No wifi. Ac fans in room blew all the time unable to shut it off had to unplug it. The breakfast was just a pancake machine, toast oatmeal or cereal. The direct TV channels there were only half an when asked about wifi , direct TV channels, an AC being on all the time told we are aware. So I feel it was kinda false advertisment as far as amenities

Nothing about the place was likeable.... The room was not clean and stunk. The indoor pool was cold and full of diving, jumping kids' The hot tub was occupied by kids and a mother with 2 diaper sized kids with no diapers on their butts. The rules stated no kids allowed in the hot tub and no kids after 9:00. As I stated there were kids in the pool and hot tub until it closed at 10:00.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The rooms were clean. You do get what you pay for. Bed firm and comfortable. This hotel needs to update their air conditioners...They barely work. If you stay here when it is hot..You will have a hot room.
