Property was good the only thing I didn’t like was the cold water in the morning when we were supposed to shower and the was no one at the reception to help us by the time we were leaving I had to leave the key there coz I even went to the laundry to check if there was anyone to assist but Niks!

Great location 1:The toilet area smell of too much cigarettes, 2:I couldn't sleep, there was too much noise, not sure if it was the staff or other guests throughout the night. That made me to leave the guest house on the 19th in the morning. I slept only one night, therefore I am demanding my refund for the second night!!

Breakfast was perfect. It was a bit of noisy during the night. Called receptionist Juliet fixed it.

The location was good, close to everything i needed. I did not have the breakfast. The room was cosy and comfortable.

It is safe, clean, the bed was comfortable, there's a swimming pool but couldn't swim due to rain, we loved our room even though it was on other of the pool & also wifi. Privacy is given all the time, the stuff is very friendly, we loved the place planning on coming back. There's no microwave, plates & cutlery ? in the room, update your TV to a smart tv I thought we would use wifi to stream on your but no & I was surprised to see that you still have dstv. Please upgrade to streaming entertainment, it was raining were indoors & TV was boring. I hope when we come back such issues will attended to.

Apart from the payment that had to made by credit card, my employee was refused access to the facility until payment was made and could not of waited until the morning of the next business day when we would of done an eft payment. Your person that answers your reception and takes queries is not very courteous and not well spoken to have at your front desk. I had to repeatedly explain myself and giving my correct details for the invoice that was emailed to myself with the incorrect dates and pricing. Other than that the accommodation was to my staff's satisfaction. We would be booking in the future for business mainly due to your location. What an absolutely beautiful gem of a place! The staff are friendly and always ready to assist. (check out is 12h00 but they gladly let us check out later). We had the option of choosing from a couple rooms. All of them were exceptionally clean and had a lovely "homely" smell. The bed was really comfortable and sheets smelled so good! The pillows are really fantastic quality and clean. All rooms have air-conditioning and dstv with flat screen. The garden is very neat and seating outside is provided. WiFi is free of charge too. The guest house is very close to awesome shopping complexes and 50m from a BP petrol station. We also found the trip to OR Tambo airport very quick. Pricing is extremely competitive. We met the owner and what a nice gentleman. Thank you staff for making our last stay in RSA so nice. Highly recommend Aerodrome Guest Lodge! There was nothing we didn't like. :)
