The hot spring was good and the hotel very near the bars, restaurants and bus stops.

Fantastic location right next to Beppu Tower. Very nice public bath. Great breakfast. Helpful staff; they were very nice about making sure my bicycle was stored in a safe location protected from the elements. No complaints. Exactly what I wanted as a solo traveler.

Parking fills quickly but good and a reasonably price we were only there 1 night so no breakfast My wife is not a small lady so couldn't get in the shower over the bath the bathroom was so tiny even myself how is thin struggled Beds so hard and pillows I wanted to toss them out

Ocean view (partial) on 9F. But you have to ask for it! Initially I was allocated a city view room on 2F until I asked reception if they didn't have anything better. No coffee in the room, nor any in the lobby. Breakfast passable. Staff don't seem very happy. "Resort Inn" is a bit of a misnomer. It's a business hotel, pure and simple..

Very good location - a 10 minute easy walk from Beppu station which has an excellent tourist info office with english-speaking staff. Shops require approx 15 to 20 minute walking but we didn't mind it, as the hotel road runs parallel to the sea. So, walking was very pleasant. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. The provided yukatas in the room were very comfortable and stylish. Room amenities were good and so was the hotel public bath. Definitely recommended. Maybe a little more variety at breakfast. Otherwise, everything was good.

The Onsen was beautiful and the room was very spacious. Highly recommend you to stay here for a getaway in Beppu alone, with a partner, with family, or with friends. The Location was also super convenient.

Staff was great, helpful. Answered questions quickly. Fascilities are older but clean and charming. Havent had breakfast yet but onsen was clean and varied and sauna very nice. Lots of people but still felt uncrowded. Would stay again. Nothing

The hotel is situated 10 minutes from the train station by walk. You can get views of the ocean too, which is right behind the hotel. They do have a public bath/ onsen, which is very well maintained. Overall, it was a good stay. I have no complaints The building itself is nothing to look at. The interior and furnishings are also bland, but lets be honest, you're not in Beppu to gawk at the hotel furnishings. The rooms are very standard.

However, the ticket she provided to me is invalid. I followed her instruction, but still failed and still got charged extra 1200yen for my parking.... Thus, the 800yen paid to the checking counter is useless at all..... terrible communication. the parking is full so the staff charged me 800yen and asks me to park to the spot across from the street.
