The location was really great! It was close to the main road and downtown. The place itself was very spacious. The lobby had a lot of seating areas and drinks which guests can freely enjoy. The room had everything we could ever need. One of the best places I've stayed at in Japan! There wasn't an elevator but it wasn't a big issue since we were placed in the 2nd floor.

Cosy place with nice lobby that provides free drinks and amenities. Donki is just beside it Air ventilation in the room is not very good feels stuffy and stifling, Shower room a little too small and tight space

Good location, Beppu Tower just cross the road. If you are Onsen fan, lots of Onsen to explore, suggest to try out the sand bath which is totally new experience. Shopping mall, morning fish market, restaurants within walking distance. Very strategic location. Parking space available, very convenience for those travel with car. Everything good except no lift to carry your luggage up to 2nd floor. You may request to stay at 1st floor if your condition not fit to do so.

Ample parking lots on premise. Quite a variety of free beverages available at the common area. Room door uses passcode instead of key or card, so there's no worry of losing the room card. Comfortable futon beds with clear instructions how to set it up. None

The location is ideal—just a short walk from the Sunflower Ferry port and conveniently close to the city center. The lobby offers a welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy complimentary hot and cold drinks, play retro video games, read books, or simply unwind while watching anime on TV. The room was exceptionally spacious, one of the largest we experienced during our stay in Japan. Not working washing machine, but the will fix it probably soon. A coin laundry is around the corner.

Great location, close the the beach, train station and shopping. Everything we needed was available from the communal kitchen. Very salacious Did not realise there was no elevator. However, the staff quickly relocated us into a ground floor room, at no additional cost. He was very considerate of our age .
