I asked the lady at the front desk if she could tell me where the bus stop I needed was and she actually walked me there, so kind! thank goodness I asked I never woukdve known.

+ hotel receptionist is super cute, helpful and friendly + rooms were big, beautiful and cosy + shared bathroom, but private toilet and sink/mirror + towels for Onsen for free + everything was super clean + common kitchen was well equipped + location was very convenient, close to bus station Beppu Kitahama + convenience stores, restaurants, ATMs nearby Nothing!

The receptionist was friendly and very proactive in asking if we needed local recommendations. We were assigned a Japanese-style room. The shared shower facilities are clean and dry. Upon entering the room, there is a section before reaching the bedroom area, which creates a good soundproofing system for those speaking or walking loudly in the hallway. Additionally, there is a shared kitchen available for those who need to cook. Nearby, there is a public bath, although I can't recall if it's free or requires payment. Furthermore, there is a famous restaurant within a ~2-minute walking distance, and we highly recommend that everyone staying here try it. Only cold water is available from the bathroom basin in the room. If you need hot water for brushing or face washing, you'll need to go to the first floor, regardless of which floor you're assigned to. The soundproofing between rooms is not very effective, so it can be sensitive if the person in the next room speaks at a normal volume.

Very considerate and friendly hosts, and a great location! The room was large and comfortable as well as tidy and clean, everything matched the photos and met expectations. The kitchen facilities could be improved, I struggled to find a cup to drink coffee out of.

Such a kind host! He remembered our names and was always happy to talk to us. The hotel is very clean and perfectly located in the city op Beppu. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The hotel was well situated. It wasn't difficult to find but there was no parking or it was limted. We had to park in a nearby parking lot. The host was very helpful and gracious. The facilities were very clean. We were 4 people staying in one room where mattresses were arranged on the floor for us which left no room to move about. We were not allowed to open the window but there was an air conditioner to help ventilate the room. The room would have been perfect for 1 or 2 people. The host should have informed us of that.

The couple that runs the place are the nicest and so helpful even though we can't speak Japanese. Place is so clean and comfy, kitchen was fully equipped for all our daily meals. Love the plants and decor around the main floor. NA
