I especially loved the traditional decor. I will always love white lace curtains. The stairs were not the easiest for an older person, but I made it fine.

There was problem in the bathroom water splashing everywhere after shower,as there was no divider. Water was leaking from the sink. The host was very rude.

There were bed bugs

I stayed here before, and I was really impressed by the recent renovations and improvements. The rooms look much more modern, while still keeping the nice atmosphere of the place. The staff were very friendly as always, and the location in Berat is perfect. I enjoyed my stay a lot and would definitely come back again.

Everything perfect! One of the best hotels I've been to recently. Everything was renovated and thought out in detail. The lady at the reception was very kind and breakfast was fantastic with the traditional Byrek dish. Iwill definitely come back!

The woman manager was very helpful with advice and directions. Comfortable bed with comforter to stay warm. These are old historic rooms with wooden beams, custom slate crafted tile floors, modernized with AC/heat and a small but complete modern bathroom with shower. Breakfast was very good. I need a page to list all the nice things for just 1 person! 2 Mandarin oranges, fresh squeezed juice from mandarin oranges, boiled egg, 3 wonderful fruit preserves, french pressed coffee, 4 slices warm bread, warm croissant, feta cheese, grass fed butter, other cheese, coffee cookies & more. a shower curtain, otherwise very nice thick bath towels and very clean

All the reviews mentioned the breakfast, and they were right! It's adorable and very comforting. This place is a gem. The welcome area is traditionally decorated and gorgeous, the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful, and the rooms are spotlessly clean, tasteful, great balcony. This is a 100% recommend. It was honestly gorgeous, can't think of anything I'd want to change.

The owner's we're so sweet and generous and helpful. The lady's smile was worth a thousand words. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Very thoughtful and highly recommended. i even got driven down to the bus the next morning.

location Is very central extremely noisy. Staff began to work and make noises at 6.00 stay away from any room around the stairs (especially 106)

The property is in the city centre. The staff were very kind. It was an incredible value. The room was spacious. Great location with all the restaurants and shops around. There was no refrigerator.

Beautiful old hotel. Well maintained. Excellent costumer service. Beautiful city. Bathroom so so. Air conditioning not bad but can be improved. But very nice stay.

The location is excellent. It is in the heart of the downtown, yet quiet, with restaurants, grocery, coffee, and a street away from the pedestrian mall. Best of all, it is NOT one of the countless hotels that you must navigate steep hills and narrow cobblestone alleys to get to. There are many hotels that you can't get a car within 200 meters of. Also, the owner, Kozeta, is very sweet and was always available. I would definitely stay here if I visit again. I found nothing to dislike.
