Friendly clean and breakfast was fantastic Not the hotel’s fault but there is a farm behind and dog was barking non stop

I really enjoyed this place. The decor and building felt like old Albania but it had all the modern amenities and the room was well-designed. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and the shower was great (and never ran out of hot water, unlike several other places I've stayed this trip). The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with lots of homemade items. The staff members were helpful. The drive to the location and the parking were both extremely easy. I felt it was a good value for what I paid. Also, they accept credit cards. My one complaint was that a lot of noise transferred (there were 2 loud young kids in a nearby room), but with ear plugs and a white noise app I was able to sleep pretty well. I picked the location so as to avoid driving on narrow or steep roads in Berat and in retrospect I could've picked somewhere closer and still not had that problem, but the walk to the sights (maybe 45 min to Gorica area) was quite pleasant in the nice weather of early October.

Cleanliness and traditional authentic Albanian feeling (and I am Albanian). Breakfast could be a buffet because it was served too much stuff and I feel it went to waste.

Nice location, only 2 minutes walking from the bus terminal. Super friendly staff. Best breakfast. Spacious and clean room. Highly recommend! Nothing.

Close to bus terminal and local bus stop. Excellent breakfast. Hosts were very kind and helpful. Less sound proof and can be a bit noisy when there is a tourist group. The floor of shower room a bit slippery.

We had a great stay at the hotel, it was by far the best accommodation we came across in Albania. The rooms and the furniture are high quality, comfortable and spotless clean and as described. The breakfast was very good with different options and the whole family made sure that we had a good stay. The town center is 30 mins walk or you can take a bus or taxi, there is a restaurant beside the hotel, if you want to stay in for the night.

The hotel is located outside old town, 5 min by car and has got beautiful countryside. The family that owns it is super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable , just like in the pictures. The breakfast was amazing, all with local and homemade products. We loved our stay and we will definitely repeat if we come back to berat. Everything was perfect

Restaurant next door not very good. Food doesn't taste fresh. I asked for rice at 2100 to eat and was told it was finished!

Family owned. The son toted up our two big bags with ease.

The place was super cozy and in a traditional style, at the same time very fresh. Owners were awesome and welcome to us. We liked this place as a group. The only thing — the place might get some quiet music on a background on the first floor, but even having breakfast in Peaceful silence is comfortable and doesn’t make it sad. I would recommend this place as 11 of 10 for the price you pay and service you get. Also you can pay here in card???????

We stayed at this hotel only one night, being in transit to Ohrid. It is 2.5 km from the city center, but it was not a problem that we went by car. The hotel and the room were rated 10 with congratulations. Everything is beautifully decorated in traditional style, clean linen, balcony overlooking the parking lot and sufficient and delicious breakfast with local products. We ate dinner at the tavern next door, which belongs to the family. The tavern is surrounded by tangerines and oranges, very nice. We highly recommend this beautiful family hotel. A little bit of noise in the morning from the car wash (I think) that is in front of the hotel.
