Hotel Pasarela

The shower was broken. They offered us to shower in another room, but it wasn’t great either.

Every aspect met the highest standards...fantastic location, huge room, strong AC, plenty of hot water, and complete breakfast. The one aspect that stood out the most was the customer service that the entire owner family provided...including fantastic meal options in the restaurant. I stayed there a week and would enjoy staying there permanenently...that is how good it was. For older people service is so important and an excellent example was the arranging of my direct bus transport from Berat to Korce...Parid not only made the reservation for me, but he also arranged for the bus to pick me up outside the hotel. If you go to Berat I strongly suggest that you pick Hotel Pasarela. All perfect.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, which is why I can say that we had a great stay during our time there.

The location was good. Also the parking space was a plus. And we had good breakfast. Staff was nice. The bathroom was outdated and a bit disfunctional. Also we did not receive toilet paper, so we had to ask for it.

The room and the bathroom, especially, had a neglected look about them. They were worn and poorly maintained, still clean though. The room pictures don't reflect the reality anymore. Also, you might find disturbing the noise coming from the mosque right in front of the hotel when thy're calling for praying (4 am in the morning).

Very good, filling breakfast. Spacious room with a ceiling height of 5 meters. Good location in the center of the city. Very friendly landlords. Giant air conditioner that heated the room in 3 minutes, but it was impossible to stand by it - it was very loud!!! A problem with the ceiling lighting, which needs repair. Bathroom: unfortunately, the solutions used cause flooding of the entire bathroom when using the shower.

It's in the good position of the beautiful city centre of Berat. There is a minimarket inside. The services were good but need more cleaning in the bed and bathroom. If you need high-quality staying, there isn't.

The hotel is situated well for sight-seeing by foot. The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings and almost floor to ceiling windows. The view of the mosque and mountains from the room was beautiful. Breakfast was okay. There were always people smoking in the restaurant during breakfast, which was unpleasant. Also, water was always lukewarm in the mornings.

One of the best welcoming Very polite and friendly with good service and best guidance. I really feel very lucky to be their guest. 100% recommendations Love Albania ?? Love Berat ??

Staff tried to be helpful Breakfast is excellent Wifi didn’t work for more than a day, shower head leaked ferociously, bidet and toilet leaked so bathroom floor always had a large puddle, door broke so moved to a new room which smelled like stale cigarette smoke, had a window 12 feet up and curtain pull that did not work. Staff tried to be helpful but the owner needs to attend to maintenance!

It goes without saying that the staff at this hotel were lovely and the breakfast was nice. The staff were all really friendly and accommodating, all seemed very happy and nice people! This is a really out dated hotel which you can’t really tell from the pictures. The air con unit is bigger than a fridge that makes a huge amount of noise, just really old. When the main lights were on in the bedroom, it would make a loud buzzing noise which was quite distracting. Some of the rooms have a glass panel at the top of the door which meant the light from the hallway would shine through when you were trying to sleep so maybe some little plug in night lights would be better for the hallway.
