The building is 200 years old, beautiful, and charming. Parking at the gate is included. From the gate to the building is a 2 story climb up stone steps and an additional inside staircase to the floor with the rooms. Bathrooms are not en suite but private. There is no air conditioning. The owner lives in the floor below and is very friendly. She provides a rediculously generous breakfast. The walk into town is an easy 500 meters. The historical status of the building limits what upgrades can be undertaken by the owner. It would be nice to have bathrooms en suite but this would require considerable remodeling. It is a charming old stone building which is what many visitors come to Italy for. Best to leave it as it is and enjoy it for what it is.

The location is very good. We were able to park our car at the gate and walk to the old town. Our room was big, the only drawback was the bathroom which was across the corridor, so go pack some nice pyjamas! ;-). Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our short stay at Bergamo and the hospitality of B&B Ghiri.

We had a perfect stay at B&B I Ghiri. The location is very convenient, with easy parking at the house and also a handy garage near the old town (just through the arch at the first exit from the roundabout). Breakfast was excellent – thank you Ennio! Highly recommended. Nothing

Perfect stay close to Bergamo Old Town (about 10 minutes by foot). Big and very clean room in historical old building. Very pleasant hostess. Perfect breakfast - You get everything You may want for breakfast. Everything was very good.

Just 5-10 minute walk from Bergamo old town you find cozy and welcoming B&B I Ghiri. If you're looking for an authentic italian home experience, B&B I Ghiri is the place you're looking for. The breakfast is good and coffee making from moka pot was and extraordinary experience for a person who has never tried it before. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was renovated and comfortable. The room and whole house are wonderful, like from a fairytale. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Owners were very accommodating to our late check in. Would definitely come again ?

This accommodation offers a very typical B&B experience. The host was extremely welcoming, ready to offer tips to explore the city and the room was very clean. The breakfast was great, there's private parking and it's easy to explore the city by food. We would definitely stay there again.

Extremely sympathetic and nice owner. She helped us witch everything, told us the best places to eat and to visit. She ever gave us a usefull map (twice actually because we lost our first one :)) Delicious traditional italian breakfast with local cheeses. Bedroom was really clean and the interior was amazing. You could feel it's soul.

The b&b is located in the old city, walking distance to all main attractions. It's an old and beautiful house with gorgeous design. The host was lovely and super helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The room had all the amenities. Everything was just perfect.
