Coffee machine in the room with great coffee! the balcony with a wonderful view !!!: the breakfast ...very good quality. We enjoy the spacious room and bathroom. not enough lights in the room no bin in the room, not enough hangers...no shelves to accomodate our stuff .not an entire mirror..to look at my outfit before leaving at the evenung..not a magnifier mirror in the bathroom..all of these are expected in a 4 star hotel.

Awesome hotel in the Upper City of Bergamo, close to the main tourist attractions in the city. The staff is amazing, and they serve a wonderful, typical Italian breakfast. When I return, I’ll definitely stay there again! Stairs from the street to lobby

The water pressure in our room wasn't great, otherwise very comfortable

The rooms were large and clean. Nice sized bathroom and shower. Good location. Full set of stairs to access the lobby which is difficult with luggage and if you have any mobility issues. All 4 rooms (family trip) were hot and had problems with the A/C and the staff were unable to help with it. This was the final stay of a 9 day trip and I thought it would be the nicest hotel based on the 4-star rating. I was disappointed.

Beautiful room with nice little balcony and view of neighboring hills. Right in center of cittia Alta. Amazing hospitality from front desk, we were able to leave our bags as we had arrived on an early flight. They also helped us get a taxi in the morning to the train station. Beautiful breakfast buffet! Bed was not the most comfortable.

The long staircase to the reception and no one offering to help. No guidance on parking. No free parking.

Location, staff very helpful and kind, good breakfast Needed to walk up stairs to lobby, but staff helped me. Difficult to control hot and cold in shower. And by the way don’t flush the toilet if your in the shower.

I have been to Bergamo Alta many times, and have had bad Airbnb experiences. The hotel is in an excellent location and the breakfast was excellent and the desk was very helpful. At breakfast the staff person offered to bring a cappucino to my room since I was tired, so kind.The area is so beautiful and safe, central to all Bergamo Alta has to offer. I did request a quiet room in advance, and when I arrived they place me in a room on the street. At the desk the clerk did not fully understand me, but another traveler translated. And they did move me another room on the courtyard with a samll terrace and a mountain view!

We did enjoy the relaxed and peaceful feeling in breakfast room. The staff were awesome and helpful.

The location is very good, extensive shopping, bars, restaurants, metro and trams are all nearby. We particularly liked the very helpful staff who will go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. The retro feel of the hotel is something that attracted us to this hotel. The atmosphere is delightful, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. For us it was a reminder how nice it is to stay in a hotel and get that personal service that was missing at the various Air BNB's we stayed at in other cities in Italy. We will be returning to the Teco Hotel when we come back to Milan. All good
