Location, old and beautiful, clean, spacious. It would have been nice to have a reception, I wasn't very comfortable having no staff especially on Wednesday when the pasticceria was closed it felt very isolating. And I felt if we'd had an emergency .. what would we do??

Everything was really nice and comfortable. The room was great and the staff polite. The morning we get up early cause of the cleaning in the other rooms. We did not expect to hear this kind of noise so early in a hotel like this. For the breakfast I would expect a little bit more flexibility.

Excellent location. All rooms beautifully renovated. Super clean. Good breakfast. Room could have used some decor. Felt a bit sterile.

This gem is in the middle of the town and was the best pick for our little trip. The buildings rustic history is acknowledged but the entire property has been meticulously modernized. Its effortless style is matched by its perfect creature comforts.

Great location, gorgeous room, lovely staff! Authentic in every way. Can’t say there was anything to dislike! But if I were pressed to suggest some improvements then I would suggest: 1. Offering coffee facilities in the room; 2. A longer bed! Not only was it short for folks who are above 1,75m but it was not so comfortable for two people because we rolled in the middle all night!

Beautiful place in an excellent location!

I just had a quick overnight in town, but this hotel was perfect. The room was very tastefully done, with a designer boutique hotel feel. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. The location was fantastic - right in the middle of the old town, conveniently located by many restaurants and shops. I didn't encounter any staff, but the check-in instructions were helpful enough to not need any assistance with check-in and check-out.

Very clean room. Excellent and very helpful service staff. Breakfast pastries were super. Nothing in particular.
