There is no lift in the room but already knew it before booking. With better lighting, it is worthy to carry the luggage upstairs.

It is in the heart of Citta Alta and peaceful for a good night sleep. The host was kind to provide us an extra bed once we learnt that twin bed was not possible for our room.

The location was close to near by attraction. Cleaning service was good. Communication was very helpful. A breakfast was expected since it was a BnB but all the food was processed and in plastic wrap. Mattress and pillows were hard. The water leaked onto the floor when showering. There was no ambience in the courtyard nor in the lobby area inside.

Location was terrific. Very clean. Well maintained. Only small complaint was that the WiFi was out. We managed by going to restaurants or bars with WiFi to check our messages. Giovanna gave us excellent input on where to go, what to see and dining options.

The place is right in the centre of the very busy main street of Città Alta. However, once you step through the main gate into the internal courtyard, all is peaceful! Our room had views over trees to the back. The rooms share a common area where you can have the use of a small fridge for drinks, a coffee machine, cakes , croissants, and all the things for a simple Italian breakfast. All nicely arranged. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Access was through keypads, and the owner was available, helpful, and always responded promptly when contacted via WhatsApp. The suggested parking Città Alta was very good, so you can avoid driving on the narrow medieval lanes. Its pedestrian exit is a few minutes walk away from the front door. nothing!

The location was perfect. Steps away from the main areas of the old city. Great for exploring. Breakfast was very basic but you could get a token to go to a local cafe for coffee and croissants - which was nice. The room and bathroom big enough for our needs and spotlessly clean. Giovanna was a wonderful host and recommended a few restaurants, which we visited during our trip. These were fantastic. One evening, there was an issue with hot water. So having a shower was a very quick affair, though this did not stop us having a great time.

Fantastic communication before, during and after our stay. Clean comfortable rooms in the heart of the upper city. Paid parking at nearby garage was a perfect option. Great position for sightseeing and multiple options nearby for eating. Nothing

We stayed with a group of friends for one night after a long voyage around Italy. And this was the final pleasant surprise for us. Very convenient location. Excellent staff, very attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean, have everything you need, nice and homely beautiful beds. The staff reverently maintains the spirit of old Italy. I highly recommend immersing yourself in this atmosphere.
