Excellent price-quality ratio in the center of Bergamo. The room had spectacular old high ceilings and it was very clean, warm and nice. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets on the same street. Our child appreciated the new smart TV. Thank you to the hosts for very clear communication about the check in. Everything went very well and we will chose this acomodation again as the price-quality is excellent compared with other accomodations in Bergamo we payed almost double for the same level of comfort and location There is nothing to dislike at this price!

We didn't knew that you need to wait long time to get warm water and first night everyone took cold shower. When we found out that you just wait and water is coming - everything was good ?

Location, cleanness, nice bed, good bathroom and shower -A/C was not operating well so the room got very warm sometimes. -Rod to hang clothes is very high to reach. I am 165 cm tall , and it was very challenging. -We had a very hard time with the shower’s sliding doors. One came off track.

Clean sheets. Comfortable and large bed. Spacious room. Easy access and great location for No1 bus between Airport and Cite Alta. Coffee and gelato shops downstairs! Shower temperature was comfortable or cold. Could not be adjusted either side. Wardrobe hangers set at height of giants and no hooks or pegs anywhere to hang up damp towel or dressing gown etc

The apartment was in a good location. No hot water at all for showers...average decor and too many stone stairs to reach the apartment.

We have a late flight to Bergamo (arrived at 02:00) and we took a regular taxi (not uber) from airport to this hotel for only 20e because it was raining (and it was a 20 minute taxi ride). The room was nice and clean and literary in the city center so its easy to walk around and visit Bergamo center and to travel to Milan because you are 5 minutes away from the train station. You dont see the host, the checkin is available 24/7 you get the keys and instructions in the code protected mailbox so its convenient for late night checkout. The instructions for check in felt like we were in a escape room :D

The WiFi didn't work and we didn't have hot water and I would like it was cleaner.

The location is great. Just 5 min from the airport bus. Behind the building is the shopping street with lots of shops and restaurants. Location couldn’t be better. The apartment itself was also great. Clean, big and very warm. Great value for money! I would stay there again definitely. We were in Bergamo one night only and it was amazing.

Tidy room, nice location. Room’s door lock and key were so simple like literally almost anyone could unlock the without proper real key. Don’t leave anything valuable stuff in the room while you are not in there. Bed pillow was way too high to sleep for me.
