The breakfast is very good.

Location Our stay was highly disappointing due to two major issues. First, the hotel advertises an "Airport Shuttle" as a main property highlight, but they do not actually provide one. We were told to take a public city bus instead, costing us an unexpected €30 for 3 people. Second, we booked a renovated Superior room specifically for the air conditioning, as the outside temperature was over 40°C. However, the AC was missing in our room (112). We spent a sleepless night in unbearable heat and left completely exhausted. Very misleading advertising regarding the facilities.

Great location near the railway station and a short walk to the venicular railway taking you to the old town. We also appreciated the complementary welcome drink. Nothing comes to mind.

Location, Good air con , good internet , nice breakfast , nice comfortable hotel. Best of all the staff were absolutely first class. 45 Euros to use the spa

AC was very weak

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
-
We had two rooms rented, one double and one single. The double room was comfortable and looked modern, so I liked that. Welcome drink was welcome! A rather cramped and small room in the attic.
-
Great location next to multiple bus stops to get around the city easily, easy parking, and very friendly staff. Bed was extremely comfortable and consistently hot shower.
-
Lots of luxury touches in the room - bed, linens, personal, care products, etc. Front desk staff offered superb service. Went way beyond expectations. Location in Bergamo is just where a visitor new would be ant to be. Nothing.

The location was central which was convenient. The hotel also had a decent restaurant with great staff. no amenities, facilities or breakfast that we saw.

The location of the hotel was very good and made it easy to move around Bergamo, including getting up to Bergamo Alta. The building looks nice from the outside, and both rooms I saw (a single and later a double) were generally comfortable. The double room felt a bit more modern and nicer than the single. The property was overall clean, and I appreciated that the hotel allowed me to change my booking and add an extra person at short notice when my husband’s flight was cancelled. I booked the room very last minute due to a change in travel plans, and the price felt extremely high for what was offered. After adding one more person, the total price increased significantly and ended up being close to €180 per night, which felt comparable to much nicer hotels in the area. While the hotel looks pleasant from the outside, the reception area felt very old-fashioned in terms of decor and colours. The single room also felt more dated and had a high window that only allowed a view of the sky, not the city. Although the room was mostly clean, there was visible mould around one of the bathroom fixtures, which I found unpleasant. I didn’t use the breakfast or spa facilities, so I can’t comment on those.

All All is good and nothing is to dislike
-
Hotel is modern, so are the facilities and the room. Great location in center of Bergamo and walking distance to the cable road to the upper town. Very friendly personnel, private parking. Reasonable breakfast.
-
The location and the staff. Very noisy! Right on a busy street. The blanket was very warm while the outside temperature was 28.
-
Really friendly staff - restaurant with good food on site - great location …
-
Clean room. Decent size for a single. Good location. Some street noise could be heard when trying to sleep but it wasn't too bad. No kettle or iron available.
-
Rooms smelled and had dirty old carpet, nothing like shown in pictures

I liked everything.

Comfortable rooms and very good SPA Nothing

Staff was very attentive . Hotel was kind of of pricy for a smaller town, but we loved Bergamo . So many beautiful things, church, cobblestones streets with unique shops and old buildings. Pillows were very flat, hard to get comfortable. Our room was 414 and had strong musty smell.
