City's House Guest House

Marta is the one who checks you in and she sent me a WhatsApp ahead of that to answer questions on how to get to this place from the BGY airport. She also answered questions about where I might eat and explore the old city, since I only had about 4 hours to do that. She is the gem in this reservation, answering questions with clarity and kindness. I reserved here because it’s almost across the street from the Bergamo train station and that made it super easy for me to get on the train in the morning. Also, the fact that this neighborhood is super quiet! I had overlooked that it was a shared bathroom lodging, which I usually don’t reserve, but they keep the bathrooms very clean and otherwise it’s a comfortable stay.

Everything was great - convenient location for both wandering and later on for grabbing a bus to the airport, facilities were well maintained and clean. Big shout out to the host for being so kind and allowing me to drop my things earlier. She also gave me great recommendations for what to do, see, where to eat. --

Marta is cool and full of energy. She helped me with the recommendations and attractions and where to eat and drink. If I ever come back to Bergamo I would definitely stay here.

My bedroom door was a bit loud, opaque, and quite hard to lock. The window was also slightly small.

I think the whole place needs a refresh.

Owner is very friendly, gives all info i needed and more. Perfect for stay if you need to be close train station.

5/5. The place is in a very good location for exploring the city. The place is, super tidy and the host Marta is wonderful ! Even came to help me after 2AM when there was an electricity cut and the downstairs electric door wouldnt open and i couldnt enter the property. Plus very good tips for the city !=) Highly recommended ! Nothing.
