Bathroom could use a little upgrade, but price is reasonable. No complaints

The check in instructions were very clear. There were many restaurants and supermarkets nearby which was very convenient for us. The host was very friendly and he also arranged us a taxi at 3 in the morning to go to the airport. Despite there being sufficient equipment in the kitchen, some of the utensils/plates definitely needed to be rewashed before use. There was also no air conditioner but since our stay was very short, it didn't really matter to us.

Everyting was so perfect. Alex welcomed us in front of the building and explain everything about apartment, city, restaurant. He is so friendly, cheerful and humble. Apartment was so clean. Bed was sooo comfortable like 5 stars hotel ?. Everything was 10/10

Perfect location, hospitable host, calm neighbourhood.

The train station is about a 15-minute bus ride away. It is nicely situated to other areas in the city, and an excellent place to stay overnight. However, I would suggest staying an extra day or two. A friend and I stayed overnight for a concert at Chorus life Arena and we were incredibly impressed with the host. He looked after our every need, suggested the best way to get around, and provided a map of the nearby area for restaurants and drinks. It was incredibly clean, the host asked us to take our shoes off after coming indoors, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Our entire trip was so comfortable and easy I would look for other opportunities to go to a concert at Chorus Life Arena to come back at this stay.

Everything! Especially, the master of here was pretty nice. He told some information about hou to use here and shops around, and he helped us so much! (And the rooms was very clean and beautiful) Nothing☺️

Cozy room, very comfortable bed, very kind host, kindly told me how to find bus stops and how to get better. We made breakfast from the available products.

Alessandro was a very friendly and welcoming host who made us feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself felt secure, which was a reassuring aspect, especially given the shared space. The location, while on the outskirts, was accessible with a 45-minute bus ride to Bergamo’s Old Town and was easy to find using Google Maps. The shared bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries, including a bidet, which added a nice touch of convenience. Our stay didn’t meet the high expectations set by the 9.1-star average rating on Booking. The room was generally clean, but the linens had a musty smell, as if they hadn’t fully dried, and the towels felt thin and lacked a fresh scent, which impacted our comfort. The shared bathroom was quite unappealing with visible dust, scale buildup, and even some mold, which made us decide against using the shower. The breakfast offered in the shared kitchen didn’t suit our tastes, and the washing machine appeared rusted and dirty on the outside. While the price was reasonable, we felt that spotless facilities and fresher linens would make a significant difference for future guests.

Easy-going and free using of all spaces of the apartment. Each room has own key. Very late check-in: at 6 pm....you have to calculate to go for sightseeing with your luggage...

Very cosy, apartment is new and nice, room especially Bed was soft and comfortable, nice smelling sheets and towels Host very polite and attentive It was a little bit cold, but for me it wasnt problem even after taking a shower I think woodwork is a litle bit older and thats the reason

The room is very cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed. Alessandro is a wonderful host, attentive and caring. He met us even though we arrived very late due to a flight delay. The host provided us with detailed information on how to get to the old town, what to see, where to eat. The breakfast included in the price of accommodation was delicious and varied.
