Cesare was a knowledgeable and welcoming delight when he checked us in--such a lovely and informative person with great recommendations. The room was spacious and excellent with an attached small kitchen, and large bathroom. The controllable air conditioning unit was flawless, the room comfortable and quiet, and the location was very central--just a short walk to either the newer downtown or the old city. We couldn't ask for a better place and would love to return! Was all perfect :)

We love this BnB - perfect lovatoin, only 15min walk from the train station. Great location, close to everything, close to Alta CIta as well. The apartment is very spacious and the small kitchenette is very convenient, coffee pods is provided everyday and communication with the host is great! We definitely recommend this BnB. There's also a small balcony and AC is a plus. Thank you for hosting us! Nothing, it was perfect!

Caesar was so lovely and welcoming. Took the time to give recommendations and go through the local map. Chatted about my town as he had lived there for a time. Comfy bed. Clean facilities. Well located and nice quiet street just off the main road N/A

Host provides very valuable advices so the stay was much more pleasant and easy for us. Accomodation was perfect in very good and calm location but still easy to start any trip. We would return if possible one day.

Excellent location and kind host Cesare! Easy to access even with a stroller / pushcar / pram. Amazing wooden window covers that make the room super dark so our baby slept extra well. Everything was great!!

Location is excellent. Everything is close and car is not needed. Center of the city and old town can be visited by walk. Cezar gave us many useful information, and he was so kind Interior is old fashion and furniture is alternative what is opposite of the building which looks grate

The landlord super friendly, left us there longer, as our flight was later. Told us all about turist atractions and good Restaurants. Thanks Cesare ❤️

Everything was great The mirrors are too high, not everyone is tall and women love mirrors. I will suggest to fix one of them vertical.

It's near to the main street & you can hear the traffic. However it's not so loud that you can't sleep.
