DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Berkeley Marina

We just went by Hilton brand and disappointed, very basic and outdated rooms. Overnight parking prices are exuberant 50+ dollars including taxes, no concession even for hilton gold members

The elevator didnt work, The room was just okay, the breakfast at the restaurant was not very good and I think the people in the room next to us were homeless but staying in the hotel and were filming a porno movie until 3 am in the morning. Fianlly someone in another room punded on their door and they quieted down. The price to park was $45 on top of what they charge per night. Never again!

Please pay attention to your breakfast vouchers; restaurant staff will not ask you for them, but if you do not use them, they will expire the following day.

Love the location and property!! I had 3 littles with me and it felt safe enough to walk to adventure playground

I also will not book again thru Hotels.com I was locked into this hotel and deal. I am a Hilton Rewards member and was unable to apply any of those options plus military and senior discounts. For the most part I really don't have an issue with the property or any of the staff; once they listened to my concern, it was addressed. Unfortunately, nothing could be done about the parking.

A lovely break and great views. Has the potential to be a 5 atar review but rip off prices for car parking for guests, high costs if restaurant food/drink and variable customer service mean its a 4. Lady who checked us in was amazing, lady who checked us out not. Staff who seated us in restaurant on day 1 2 and 3 great day 4 not. Manager snapped at staff in shop about talking when on shift which wasnt nice. Shop staff great but prices high. 2nd stay and would stay again.

This was the site for our 2026 family reunion. The event staff was excellent, the Bayview Ballroom was absolutely perfect for our final dinner event. We hosted 54 family members from across the United States. The catering staff were gracious, responsive, and personable.

Would have liked a few more bathroom amenities.

Clean, friendly, easy access to freeways and to get to the bridge to get to San Francisco. Quiet. Would stay again.

Waited in lobby for more than 30 mins and staff was like oh u should book with us directly, it takes longer to sync the system. Actually it’s they can’t find the confirmation no correctly. Also super old hotel and terrible sound proofing. Worst than a random inn

The hotel staff are pleasant, considerate and helpful. The sauna, hot tub, pool and fitness center are delightful; the rooms super comfortable, and housekeeping keeps it all extremely well. Dinner was delicious and the setting wonderful. Would love to revisit!

Amazing hotel and it’s location.

Our room had a lounge area with a floor lamp but the lounge chair was missing. When I asked for a lounge chair I was told they were sorry ours was missing but they didn’t have any to replace it. The overall condition of rooms looked “tired”. Someone needs to update the rooms to The chains standard.
