My wife loved the interior of the place. It was really nicely done inside with a stone wall and some added arches to separate spaces. And lots of fun little knick-knacks and things to look at. She loved that the best. And the location is also great, like 4 minutes to the square and a grocery. You can tell lots of tourists stay much further up the hill, so this is really good. My niece and nephew from the US were also staying in Split, and they stopped by on the first day and hung with us for an hour or two in the apartment. And it was comfortable for that too. I think our landlord was there also, in case we needed something, but we only saw her once or so. So that's nice to know and have, just in case. Everything was great. We did run out of toilet paper after a couple days and forgot to buy it one day. :)

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and pleasantly cool when I arrived, which was particularly welcome on a warm day. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful flower-filled patio, which provided a lovely place to relax and also offered a designated outdoor area for smokers, as smoking is not permitted in the room. The host was very responsive and helpful, replying promptly to messages and making the check-in process easy by sending very clear and detailed pictures and even coming to meet me personally. I was also grateful for the offer to store my luggage on the day of departure, especially since severe weather was forecast and a storm was expected. This level of care and flexibility made a very positive impression. Overall, a comfortable stay with an attentive and accommodating host. I would happily stay here again. There was very little to dislike. If anything, I would have appreciated having breakfast included, although this was my oversight rather than the host's, as I had not checked the details carefully before booking. It is worth noting for future guests, especially since dining options nearby tend to be on the pricier side. Apart from that, everything met or exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is in about the best possible location it could be in in Split. It's incredibly close to the Riva/Diocletian's Palace (like a 3-4 minute walk) while also being far enough to be quiet at night. The room has a comfy bed, AC, and a nice shower as well.

Property was so cute and had a lovely finish to everything from decor to taps! Could not fault location it was right where we needed to be for a short stay with everything on doorstep. Wish we had loved to enjoy the lovely garden! Bed was comfy, shower was hot. Katrina is so welcoming and lovely. Highly recommend. If there’s space on our next visit we will definitely be back! Nothing!!

Excellent, thoughtful and accommodating host! Fantastic location and a great little apartment for a family of three. Thought that the patio was private to the suite we booked. It was not a big deal but that is what we were expecting and hoping for when we booked. All good :)

Great location. Gorgeous patio area to relax. Parking was a bit of a challenge but worth the location!

Lovely place in a really good location. Host was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately did not sleep well due to noisy neighbours.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She even got me Soparnik that I couldn't find on the green market. The room was very clean and modern and I loved the patio. Few steps away from Marjan park and the old town. Street noise caused by people walking by, but that is given by the location.

Such a cute cosy room. The air conditioning, shower, and fridge were all excellent, and the host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was also perfect, close to plenty of restaurants and not too steep to walk around. We loved the charming little garden, and the host’s flexibility with a late checkout to match our flight was greatly appreciated. The bed was very low to the ground and creaked with every movement, which made it less comfortable. Additionally, unless the window was kept closed, the room would fill with cigarette smoke from outside. The thin walls also allowed for a lot of noise from neighboring rooms, such as conversations and bed movements. Extra pillows for each person would have been a nice touch, as one per person felt insufficient.

Exceptional

The property had everything I needed and was well located. Walkable to everything in Split and Marjan Hill. Wonderful communication with Kristina even before checking in. I arrived late in the evening and she took time to show me on the map where things were and made sure I knew to reach out with any questions or anything I needed. Highly recommend! We stayed for one week and made no mistake by choosing this property. The two single room apartments in size of a standard hotel double room were well equipped and spotless clean. Room 1 lacked a little bit of storage space but this was a minor issue, room 2 had a bigger closet and a wardrobe. Use of wonderfull patio for breakfast, no "table" or chair for eating inside. Coffee/tea making facilities, a fridge with "starter equipment", plates and bowls for food availalable, of drinks, enough towels. Host Kristina is friendly and gave us a warm welcome, explained everything. She really take care about everything and made her apartments a cozy place to stay in Split. Location wonderfull, may be very busy during day times, but at evening night it is very calm. Highly recommendet for individuals.
