The Hotel Lili - Beverly Hills

Overall experience was ok. The location is amazing easy to walk to restaurants and cafes in Beverly Hills. Staff were sweet and helpful. Rooms were well maintained daily but were not very spacious. Fairly bad sewage/sulphur scent throughout stay. Air con worked fairly well although very loud.

If your travels bring you to Beverly Hills, this is a nice, reasonably priced property. It's quiet, comfortable, and it has an upscale feel. It's an older property (as most are in LA), and they've done the best they can with it, without subtracting from its vintage feel. The rooms (and bathrooms) are small, but they're more than big enough. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful.

少々小さめのお部屋なので、大きいスーツケースを広げるのは少々困難でした。2泊はぎりかな、3泊するならもう少し大きなお部屋が欲しいな、という感じです。レイトアウトや延泊をしたかったのですが、ちいさなホテルなのですぐに埋まってしまいかなわず。でも最大限できることをしてくれようとするフレンドリーなスタッフのサービスには大変好感が持てました。またロビィではモーニングコーヒーや時間によってレモネードなど、Welcome drinkのお酒もサービスしてくれるみたいです。（私はお酒を飲まないので、ストレートにお部屋に行きましたが、外出前にレモネードはいただきました。）素敵なサービス。こういうホテル前に別のところに泊まったのですが、エレベーターがなくて困って今回こちらに宿泊。主導の扉式ですが、エレベーターついているので、よかった。とにかくかわいいのとロケーションもよいので、女性の一人旅にもおすすめです。 以下改善できるとよい点、参考までに。 ・お部屋にゴミ箱があるとベター。トイレの奥にあったけれど少々不便。 ・エスプレッソ用のオーツミルクは無料だけど、エスプレッソマシンに水を入れようとするとボトルの水は13ドル！（聞くのを忘れてしまったけど、水道水を使ってということだったのかな・・・とはいえ、買った水を飲みました） ・エスプレッソマシンはあるけど、ケトルはない。（長期出張の最終泊だったので持参。アメリカのホテルあるある。） ・お水がアメニティの様に置いてるけど、開栓すると$13と書いてる！（注意） ⇒このお水かわいいのですが、少々邪魔で、テーブルが少し使いづらかったです。

So conveniently located. Parking is super easy. 5 minute walk to Starbucks. Right in the middle between Santa Monica and WeHo. Beds are super comfortable. QUIET. lovely neighborhood. Off the beaten path. Shower is very small. But it was fine. Lighting in the bathroom could improve. TV hard to work. I was. It in my room that much but when I was there it was a cocoon. So no real complaints.

I stayed two nights and my room was never cleaned so I had to go and ask for more towels and go without cleaning. The front desk staff was kind and nice.

A well located, charming boutique hotel in BH. Easy access to everything and convenient parking on site. Room was comfortable, bathroom and shower a little small (but who spends a lot of time in there?). We really enjoyed the charm of this place.

The AC unit was so extremely loud and then cars were extremely loud in the morning. I could still hear it all so badly even through ear plugs.

Very kind staff, room wasn’t ready but they made it right and upgraded us. Clean and super cute. Only complaint was size of shower but everything was great!

Con: instagram is really deceiving. Hotel appears older than what I expected considering they just opened a few months ago. The property is nothing much a quick renovation to an old hotel, the finishes in the washroom aren’t clean, carpet already looks dirty and it seems like old mattress with a new topper. Not comfortable at all. And the AC machine is LOUD and the digital number lights up the whole room at night.
