The location, parking and staff are great. The AC was really the main issue this time, it just did not cool the room enough. Also, the fact that there is no coffee in the room and they charge $6 for it in the lobby is annoying.
-
Good location. Currently there is active construction and no water on weekdays from noon-2pm.

Receptionist told me that they sent a notification to me through Expedia. I said I haven’t received the notification and I told her to check the notification on the Expedia app. When she tried to check it on my phone, the app was giving an error and no notification showed up. She said they received a response from Expedia that message was delivered to me, but it was not. I was charged an additional 40 $ because of Expedia app error on my phone. If I knew that before I would not choose this hotel. But I didn’t have any error when I was doing the reservation on the app, it was giving error only when we tried to check the notification! So be prepared for it..

nice and convenient hotel. right in the center of everything in Beverly hills.

Great location, great value. The style is a bit outdated but the rooms were clean. The bed a bit too soft for my taste and whomever was staying above us was rather loud in the morning, not sure if they just had heavy feet or if this is a sound issue. The staff all around were friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location. Nice and clean facility

Everything was perfect. We can't wait to return in the future.

One of the best staffs in hotels. Very comfortable rooms. Great location. Parking can be a challenge there. Extra $40 a night. No night parking anywhere in Beverly Hills (other than in a lot,) between 2:30 a.m. - 5 a.m. Police will ticket.

The common area was a mess and nothing like the pictures on the site. Location was great. Room was fine, nothing special.

Very happy with my stay and the cleanliness of the room. The staff was super friendly and the price was very affordable considering the location. I will definitely consider staying here again.

I have stayed here previously and the location is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the room with the balcony is the best! Hotel is no longer serving breakfast, nor do they have snacks. This made it inconvenient as it was not revealed in reservation booking.

I stayed here recently and the room was filthy. They said they had no other rooms available as it was the last one since I checked in around 9 or 10 pm. However considering it was so late in the day, they had all day to clean it. The front desk guy did try and clean the toilet seat and sink but it didn’t clean much. He was kind though. He said that he would contact the manager Mrs. Patel yet I never heard anything from her. I was also charged full price even though they said I would be discounted for staying in a dirty un cleaned room. I am very disappointed with this stay, paying over $200 to stay in a dirty room that hasn’t been cleaned is unacceptable. I would never stay here again. Considering the over all lack of cleanliness I worry they may also have bed bugs as well since they don’t seem to regularly clean the rooms. I came in late because I drove down from Northern California and then had to wake up very early in the next morning. So this was also inconvenient because it took away an hour of my sleep while asking them to discount and clean my room. Which neither happened. In the morning I wasn’t able to discuss this issue either because the manager wasn’t there when I left and I was also a bit late to my meeting due to missing out on some sleep. I would like them to make it right with me. Additionally I parked on the street to save money and ended up with a parking ticket even though the sign didn’t say you can’t park over night. Don’t stay here.

Bad
-
Bathroom There was moisture on the walls in the bathroom and person overhead was walking loudly but not at sleep time.
-
There was no one at the desk when I arrived. No hot water the first morning. When I called about it, the front desk person was like “oh well, I’ll report it to maintenance.” For what I paid, they should have moved me to a different room immediately. But they did not care. I guarantee that I won’t be returning.
