Great location to walk Beverly Hills for shopping and restaurants. The Club is nice
-
We were staying for a work trip so there were quite a few of us in town and the upstairs bar and restaurant was the only place open and they did not have enough staff working to help us get breakfast or waters

Location was good. Nice pool area and bar. Bit old and tired.

The rooms showed a lot of wear and tear. The HVAC was super loud and leaked, the sink was clogged and the bedsheets were stained. The pool area was unattended and no clean seats were available, there were also no towels.

Good location
-
The pool on the rooftop Staff not welcoming on day of arrival. Dark lifts and corridors.
-
Had leaves on the floor and they claimed that it was tobacco and ashes. Charged me an extra $1000 bucks for that. Do not stay here go to the Beverly Hills hotel for a true Beverly Hills experience, this place is a knock off
-
Had to change room (also was forced to downsize because nothing else available) due to a/c not working. Housekeeping is terrible. Left the room for 5-6 hours and room was still not done upon my return.

I love The SIXTY. The staff is so gracious and kind and professional. I’ve stayed there multiple times and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the hotel. The staff, location, rooms, pool—Everything is exemplary. Thank you for another great stay.

Mainly location, and cleanliest of the room All the notes you display around the room about extra charge in case someone takes a shampoo bottle - it was giving not 4* vibes
