Thank you The location was great, and the room was clean and quiet, and the food was amazing. We will definitely come back again . The stairs . We were on the top floor about 6 flights, no lift, it's ok if you are quite fit im 70 and found it ok good exercise before breakfast .

Despite being above a pub, we didn't hear any noise from below. It was very quiet. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. They had even provided a floor fan due to the hot weather and also two suitcase stands (most places only provide one!). The breakfast was absolutely lovely and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend it. Nothing to report.

Perfect location lovely room overlooking the sea nice that you can open the balcony windows let me in sea air in. The fact that the room was very hot, but that’s nothing to do with the place itself that was to do with the weather in the UK at this time.

The room was lovely with a sea view Top floor, steep steps, no lift. The huge walk in shower grt but needs a handrail/ non slip mat. I slipped and twisted my foot, hurt knee & hip. Spent 8hrs overnight in Bexhill hosp for xrays. Fortunately nothing broken.

Although we didn't have an outside view, the room was large & very comfortably furnished. Good bathroom & shower. The large bed was very comfy. We certainly appreciated the big fan during the hot weather. Great breakfast. The constant noise of an extractor fan outside our bedroom window. It was too hot to keep the window closed.
