Kaniówka Ski Resort - relaks w górach z basenem, sauną i jacuzzi

A member of our family experienced highly inappropriate behaviour from a spa therapist during a massage. The matter was reported immediately to hotel management and referred to the Polish police.

wonderfull pool and spa, excellent layout of the property, interconnection tunnel between two buildings, nice appartment We missed restaurant directly at the property.

Fantastic breakfast, very short walk to ski hire and the chairlift. The spa at the hotel was a great way to end a days skiing.

Nice hotel, big room with a great Mountain View . There are swimming pool and sauna. Simple breakfast. Strange hotel concept: service persons didn’t clean our room and didn’t change towels during our 3 days staying. Hotel is a little bit far from the restaurants and village centre.

No other option for dinner than Zwarat resturnat. No options for snacks or shop for daily stuff. No cleaning of room

Immaculate, perfect location for skiing and great facilities. We loved the pool and jacuzzi and got great use of these every day. Ideally located for skiing, and a great spread for breakfast where we even managed to find something for our fussy eaters. The room and pool area were immaculate. Nothing really, if I had to pick a flaw a light over the pool table would have been nice and cues in better condition, but really, everything was great.

Delicious fresh breakfast with good variety. Access to the pool was available all day which was really good for us to have some break from the snowboarding. Comfy bed. Good big size of the rooms. Stunning view. Very friendly staff and helpful most time Available in room limited towels shower gel and toilet paper. No knowledge of access to the kettle however tea in the room is available. Have been told I can't buy tickets for lift access nearby or rent the equipment .. however you can. No dinner served

Breakfast first class! Good location.

Location was excellent! So close to the lifts and less small children compared to Bania. Staff were great and the breakfast was delicious! The pool, spa and saunas were also very good. There is a locker for the ski gear at the hotel which was very handy. The condition of the single lane road after turning from Kaniowka is treacherous, extreme patience and caution required. Not sure if the AC was working or not but it was quite warm in the room and just opened the window. The hotel has a 20% off voucher with a ski rental with one of the rental shops, however, there are 2 ski rental shops that look identical and of course we went to the other one - would have been nice to know which one it was.

great location, skiing at the front door, lovely and relaxed hotel, with spa and message facility. staff very kind and helpful and friendly. breakfast could have been a little better, if there had been a choice of fruit included and the option of toast.

Exceptional

silence, clean, spa area poor breakfast, small beds, no slippers and bath robe, towel dryer didn’t work. the reception was almost never staffed.

Everything was just amazing! Breakfast was rich and delicious! Staff was helpful and polite! Had great talk with the hotel owner!

The most amazing ski holidays of all we had. Very delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff ( especially we are greatful to pani Monika ). The swimming pool and sauna was a great way to finish the day. Hotel is very clean, nicely decorated and in great location. To go home :D
