Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Old building, mattress was pretty bad also pillows, the people at the front reception not very friendly.

Super well located, helpful and professional staff. Isolation in the bathroom not done so pretty noisy if the door is open.

Lovely hotel, very close to the beach and main town. Comfortable, air conditioned room and good breakfast and helpful staff. Beach towels provided- and almost direct access (Just across the road) to the beach. There is only 1 lift, big enough for max 3 people, for the whole hotel- so you are often standing around waiting for a while. The drains smelled quite badly at times.

Location was excellent , provision of beach towels and umbrellas was great Room was very small but adequate. “La Suite “ makes you feel like it should have been bigger but it was ok.

Location is great if you want to be centrally located in Biarritz. The rooms are very small - barely room to walk around the bed, no nightstand on one side and not enough storage/hooks. Room was very dark with the window getting almost no daylight (facing a wall). I expected slightly more for the price. That said, the hotel is cute, breakfast is good, and the staff is nice.
