Awesome location! Very kind, helpful staff. Thoughtful gifts, especially the beach bag and the welcoming postcard handwritten in my own Hungarian language. Small but comfy room. Wonderful breakfast! Wish to return one day!

I thought the property was absolutely lovely. It was cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located, with everything you could want for a relaxing stay in Biarritz. The staff were incredibly helpful, the food was great, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I would definitely come back! Nothing in particular

The location was great and the staff very welcoming and helpful. The beds were super comfy. The communication from booking to leaving was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank to all staff and in particular to Lola, Valentine and Matilde! The coffee machine was hit and miss but liked that the staff were always on hand to help.

Beautifully designed, soft luxurious bed linen, sea view. Cute restaurant out front of main building and good location on a Main Street We were unknowingly in one of the back annex buildings which was a shame

The Alfred location is superb - right in the heart of Les Halles with all the restaurants and buzz of the area. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is very tastefully designed with excellent bathrooms. It is very clean and the staff cannot do too much to help you and improve your stay. There is a very cool restaurant / bar area in front of the hotel which serves excellent food and drink and provides a shady spot for drinks/dining. Nothing

The location was great, surrounded by restaurants and shops, 10 min walk to beach. As a family of 5 we stayed in an apartment which was perfect for us. What really sets this hotel apart from the others we have stayed in recently was the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, Luc, Coline and Valentine, such nice people, highly recommend for a stay in Biarritz. Nothing.
