Alfred Hotels Port-Vieux

Luc was a great ambassador when we checked into the hotel. Everyone that we met while in the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. Having to move to a different room after our first night. Somehow we had not booked both nights. You were able to accommodate us but we had to pack up and move our suitcases to a different room for the second night.

a gentleman helped me at frontdesk with wrong check-in date and it was beyond lovely! Highly recommend this hotel. Cozy and perfect location!

Friendly staff! Beautiful location. We had the best stay.

They left balloons and a card for my partner because it was his birthday. Lovely staff. Beds are super comfy too. Little noisy - you can hear neighbours open and close doors and a muffling in their rooms but nothing that would stop you from getting good sleep or it disturbing your rest. Would stay again!

The breakfast was delicious, and we absolutely loved the unlimited coffee and tea available 24/7 — such a thoughtful touch! The rooms were beautiful, with attention to detail that made everything feel cozy and elegant. The linens and towels were especially high quality and added to the comfort of our stay. A very special thank you to Carla, Thibaud, Luc, and their intern Solenne for always welcoming us with smiles, kindness, and genuine care throughout our visit. We also accidentally booked rooms in separate buildings, but we wanted to stay together. Thibaud made the whole process incredibly smooth and helped us change the room arrangement without any stress. We really appreciated his help and professionalism. Merci beaucoup to the entire Alfred Hotels team for making our stay in Biarritz so memorable. We would absolutely love to come back!

Attention to detail - gift , wonderful coffee machine . Staff so friendly ! The rooms and bathrooms very small

The main lobby and meals. Lovely. The separate spaces thing, walking a block to a separate building, mostly empty, was off.

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable We were put in an annex hotel and parking was a nightmare

The room was lovely and clean. The staff is amazing. Everybody is so sweet and kind and helpful. They included breakfast was absolutely fabulous. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Thank you, Hotel Alfred and your terrific staff and high standards. Toilet a little tight.

The room has everything you need, and the bed is really comfortable. They also provide free croissants and coffee, which is a nice touch. On top of that, the staff are incredibly welcoming. I had a wonderful stay, thanks in part to Luc’s help. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily come back. I found the soundproofing at the hotel could be improved.

The location was the best. The staff welcoming. There was a smell in our room, but not sure the source was the hotel, could have been something outside. The hall right out the elevator had a huge bump on the floor, causes tripping.

Close to the beach, main shopping area, and food market.

The bed was so amazing, I actually asked for the website for where they got them from. I haven't felt that way about a hotel bed in more than two decades. More importantly, of course, is the warm and friendly welcome both I and my dog received. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent breakfast!

Great choice for breakfast and everything was delicious. No other meals are provided but the hotel is well placed in Biarritz and there is a choice of eateries within walking distance As the hotel was very central it does not have parking. It was not easy to find in a lovely town with a lot of one way streets, Also pouring with rain and it was the festive season and night time. ,so that goes some way to explain that!
