Location is great. Room has a good size, good a/c and comfortable bed with choice of firm or soft pillows. Rooms look a bit tired, but comfortable. Great a/c during a summer heat wave with temperatures around 34 C.

Close to the beach!

A little fridge inside of the room would keep the drinks cold in hot summer days.

Very cute property and well located

With temperatures reaching mid-30s, my quiet Air-conditioned room felt like an haven of bliss. The location is excellent. Nothing. It was all very good. Actually maybe some body lotion would have been welcome

Location, property very convenient to shops, coffee shops, etc! And nicely decorated hotel. two twin size merged as one full size bed. Could be hard to sleep at times.

This charming hotel is tucked away on a quiet street and retains many of the features of its history as a family home. It’s easy walking distance to the market and the shoreline. The room was lovely and quiet. The staff leaves at 2pm, so we didn’t meet Sylvie until the following morning- she was very friendly and helpful. We paid for breakfast, which was excellent and more diverse than usual for a small hotel- Sylvie makes the jam herself and it’s delicious!

What a beautiful hotel, right in the middle of everything but so quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we’ve had, fresh and tasty.

The location was good to take a walk at the beach. It has a quaintness to it. When I choose a place to stay, I look for the amenities in the room and at the hotel, the location, price, and size of the room. These are the things we DID NOT get that were listed as amenities: a refrigerator, safe, ironing board and iron, a clock, and the television did not work. Upon checkout, we addressed these issues and were told that what we didn’t get had to be requested. Then she forgot to ask and take our payment, and Booking had to reach out to us.

Very large room with all the French charm - colorful, small balcony, very comfortable. We loved the beautiful winding staircase (but there's also an elevator). Easy 8-min walk to the Grande Plage & Casino location, a few min more into Old Town & endless sweet eateries, surfer shops & VIEWS. Biarritz is gorgeous.

We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased! The location is excellent — everything you need is within walking distance: shops, cafes, and attractions. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help and answer any questions. The room was very clean and cozy — you can tell that cleanliness is a top priority. The comfort level is outstanding — a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and attention to every detail. We would gladly stay here again?

Excellent location on a quiet street but still very central. Lovely hosts and an excellent breakfast. Decor was individual and tasteful. Bathroom clean and a good shower and bath. Good value.
