The facilities were lovely and the staff was really nice, the views on the pool were particularly beautiful.

Location, the property and grounds were lovely! The drinks by the pool were sub the standard you would expect from this sort of hotel. Also, the breakfast was disappointing. Not shown to a table, no place settings, no cooked breakfast, running out of croissants. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed by the value for money. Both these points took away from what could have been an exceptional stay :(

Loved this hotel, exceeded expectations - we had a great 4 night stay and will be back. It is also very dog friendly! Staff were great and the location, views, facilities were amazing. We extended our stay a couple of times, so ended up staying in a few different rooms. The lodge room was excellent, loved it. Then we stayed in both a standard and deluxe room in the Château. We had a really great time but if I had to give some feedback where we felt it wasn't 5*, it would be that the deluxe room in the Château didn't feel value for money - the bathroom was dated, didn't feel clean and it was next to the cleaning cupboard. Personally wouldn't bother paying the extra, the standard room we had was nicer in our opinion.

The pool and pool bar area are close to the hotel. They are very well maintained and there is a small but very tasty selection of lunches, snacks and drinks available. The pool is just the right size for leisurely swimming. The room was very comfortable, well-stocked and light. The bathroom is also well-stocked. I wish hotels would place a kettle in their rooms instead of Nespresso or similar coffee machines.

this hotel is perfection! amazing staff ( professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful). the building itself is a very up to date chateau. I could have spent my entire vacation here. gorgeous grounds, 5 star restaurant virtually on site. don't miss an opportunity to stay here. I liked everything.

EVERYTHING was fantastic. The room, the facilities, the staff, the breakfast, ... Literally, everything. Nothing could have been better.

The staff went above and beyond to make us super comfortable during our stay. Annik and Justine were absolutely amazing! They provided great service and helped us arrange taxis into town. They also speak english (in case you were worried about that). The property itself is stunning. It's a peaceful oasis, but it's not too far from the town. The pool area is also divine. It has a great view of the mountains. Overall, the stay was absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to return in the future.
