Just a perfect location, super close to the beaches and a great variety of nearby restaurants & bars!

Disappointing

The location is the only benefit they have. Do not stay here!!! The hotel matches nothing like the pictures, the WiFi barely works, it’s dirty and the staff is unfriendly. The place is falling apart and looks nothing like the pictures. We had a dripping AC in the first room they gave us and couldn’t sleep all night while the room got wet. They gave us buckets as a solution. WiFi doesn’t work, sink doesn’t drain, staff is extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. And booking.com did very little to support in this nightmare stay. Plus, it was super expensive!!!

Location is second to none. Room is small, but manageable, bathroom has everything you need. Tea and coffee supplied, no milk. Beach towels available, a real bonus. Bed is very comfortable. Would stay again as the location is amazing. Air con was great in one room, not good in another. No milk for the tea or coffee. The TV had poor service/reception. Not one English channel. That's ok, if it was upgraded to a smart TV, it wouldn't be noticeable.

It’s an excellent location, right in the middle of everything! Excellent bars and cafes around, stone throw from a beach. I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast, not enough variety to justify the price. Nicer cafes around to go to. If you are someone who needs extremely strong aircon in summer, this might not be ideal for you. It works it’s just not extremely strong.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Location is superb. Room was very comfortable. Beach towels were provided upon request. AC was great on the hot days. Parking is a bit difficult. We were advised to park in a certain lot upon check in but it’s actually impossible to access the lot during certain hours due to the street bolsters that are raised during the afternoon and evenings. We found another lot but a bit stressful as it’s a super busy area and narrow streets.

Location The rooms smell damp, I don’t know if it’s because of the mop they used or because of how the rooms are cleaned. My mother in law stayed in a different room and she said her towels also smelt damp, like they hadn’t fully dried before the were placed in the rooms. The location is very good. We were due to stay in this hotel a second time, due to the location, only for a few hours as we were to fly home at 8pm so intended to use it to store our bags and so the kids could shower after the beach. I made an error and booked the day before. This was my fault. When I realised my mistake, I contacted the hotel, before we were due to check in to ask the hotel to help us. The hotel receptionist (one lady) who was quite rude, unhelpful and entirely disinterested, orally agreed that we could change our booking if we agreed to pay a higher price. We said we would and she said we needed to contact booking.com, which we did. Booking.com then called the hotel to confirm. The receptionist told them that they would not agree to the change and there was no availability for the night in question, however we could see there were still rooms available on the website for that night. We paid €180 and they refused to help us. They took our money and although the receptionist gave us an email address to contact for help nobody even bothered to email us back. Although this hotel is in a good location, the attitude and customer service is diabolical. I would recommend avoiding it and staying in one of the other similar hotels on the same street.

Perfectly situated for beaches, shopping and dining out. Rooms are modern, clean and bright with good air conditioning. Staff are friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Lack of storage in rooms, no drawers and limited hanging space. Only paper cups were provided for coffee and any refreshments you wanted in your room.

Great location. Walkable to beach, restaurants, parking close by. The rooms were small but considering it’s a beach town you won’t spend much time in doors. May struggle to fit large luggages.
