The location, views, size of room and most of all the staff were great. Very good condition of the room. Price was on the high side

The view out of the French windows was stunning. The room itself was very comfortable with a well thought out layout for the bathroom. The location was perfect and the hotel had a relaxed beach vibe Nothing

Loved the location and how new and fresh and relaxed the entire hotel felt. 1) Loud guests on the second night who stayed up partying until 3:30am - no night staff or ability to connect with someone to handle it during the night, felt a bit unsafe 2) No shower room to change if you are leaving late - we were flying back at 9pm so hard to go to the beach and clean up before your flight back 3) Hotel lobby has no air conditioning - if you're checking out late this is a big deal when it's hotel in July/August, Biarritz is a hot humid city 4) Some very rude staff at the bar who I noticed were also rude to people walking in off the street 5) Kept speaking to me in English despite my obviously fluent French

Probably the nicest hotel in town is Roc Seven Biarritz. The location is ideal and seems to be straight out of a fairy tale, the hotel being between historical buildings and a natural bay that offers a sensational beach located 2 minutes from the accommodation. Our room was special and we appreciated the interior design, the sea view, but also the hats received from the hosts. On the ground floor of the building is the restaurant and a phenomenal terrace where you could spend the whole day. I would say it is the best accommodation in Biarritz. Nothing negative to comment on

Fantastic hotel and perfect location. The room and sea view was incredible. It was a great location to walk everywhere it Biarritz. Food and restaurant setting was excellent. Just a minute walk to the beach! We hope to visit again soon! All great - nothing to fault.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely excellent, right in front of the beach. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens and towels were spotless. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome package, which included a beach bag, hat, slippers, and a mini SPF, as well as the quality of the toiletries. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it! The only downside of the building is the lack of an elevator
