Quiet and peaceful. Outskirts of Biarritz. Old amenities. TV didn't work. Blotches in the roof.

The property is part of a French chain of holiday villages. It is a very familial, francophone atmosphere with clubs for kids and teens. Almost all the staff spoke good English so communication was not a problem. Nice pool area. Good-value, quality food at mealtimes although you have to book the night before if you are not on half-pension.

Rated 7 only for the territory. The location (although a bit far from the city center) and the bar with a terrace were nice. The territory is beautiful and the air is amazing! The house we stayed in was quite old. While the outdoor area is well-maintained, the houses themselves are not, there was dust and cobwebs everywhere. We didn’t have any air conditioning or fans in our unit. Also, the smell inside the main building, especially at the reception and bar, was quite unpleasant.

Calm and picturesque place. The apartment is small and without great luxuries but has everything enough for a peaceful stay in Biarritz. The reception staff are extremely friendly. nothing to report

Amazing location for kids, 9 and 12, and they loved the kids club. Plenty of outdoor space for them to run about in and great beaches just a few minutes drive away. Unfortunately the pool wasn't open in October half term which we didn't realise when we booked. Kids were very upset about this at first, but luckily enjoyed the kids club enough to make up for it.

Fantastic location with fabulous walk to the beach. Dogs are not allowed! The room was hot and there were no fans which might be a problem in the heat of the summer?
