Best Western Plus Clocktower Inn

Clean, big room. Includes breakfast at a cute restaurant on property. Pet friendly. Only complaint would be it's loud. You hear the traffic and garbage truck at 6am. Comfortable motel but not good sleep. If we were to stay downtown again we would probably choose a hotel over a motel.

Room was very clean and the restaurant was outstanding. Staff was very helpful upon check in and there was plenty of parking. Our room was only 7 minutes from our concert which was very helpful.

The place was clean, quiet and breakfast was amazing it was at a diner next door they had a complimentary menu or 20% off the regular menu.

Breakfast options included are pretty limited. Pool is small but nice. Same with rooms. Parking is tight but much of it is covered.

The nicest Best Western we've ever stayed in. Room was nice and clean. Pillows were amazing. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Fresh squeezed orange juice was perfect. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful.

This facility is in the heart of the business and restaurant area in downtown Billings, Mt. On premises parking is tight with no observable area for vehicle towing a trailer. The staff is wonderful and anxious to offer assistance. The hotel offers a breakfast coupon for a really good restaurant next door, Stella's, and a discount at Jake's Steakhouse one block away. The room was clean and equipped with many towels, a coffee maker, and excellent shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Limited fitness room and equipment. It is less than 2 miles to the airport or interstate 90. It also has a number of charging stations on premises. In summary, it is a good facility and reasonable in cost.

Called the SAME DAY and they couldn’t find them. HOWEVER they were so quick to say how reliable the cleaning staff is. Very very unbelievable and unprofessional. Someone kept them.

Superb

We enjoyed our one-night stay here. The front desk worker offered us a free "upgrade" to a "courtyard" room that you entered from a short dark hall and that didn't see the courtyard at all, so that was strange. The the room was fine and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool was refreshing and the pool area had a variety of seating. The breakfast at Stella's the next morning (Saturday) was great. We just barely beat the rush at 8am, after which there was a significant wait. Excellent food and pastries. There's a great coffee shop just a block down.

Disappointing
