We often stay at the Northern because of the friendly staff, proximity to downtown venues, on site restaurants and the comfortable room suite.

I was checked out and waiting in the lobby for my ride when I overheard a receptionist listing off room numbers to housekeeping of guests that had been granted late checkouts. When I asked the receptionist about the discrepancy, she was again, very rude. Plenty of other hotels when I’m in the area; won’t be staying here again.

I really like this hotel. The room are nice and its location in Billings is great. The hotel needs to upgrade its room TVs and electronics, but it’s not a huge deal. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! Clean rooms, cute gift shop! There is no fridge in the room so take that into consideration when booking! Otherwise fantastic stay, will be staying here next time around!
