It showed its age, but it was to be expected

Mattress was dipped in the middle, but aside from that, a decent, quick and convenient stay.

Cute older hotel. Room was clean. There were some folks sitting in adjacent parking lot loitering smoking pot and another questionable vehicle hanging out. I recommend only parking in the center courtyard area for security. It was ok for the price.

Top notch breakfast! Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. It was the best sleep we had after leaving Glacier National Park. Highly recommend.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I checked out too early for breakfast so don’t have any comments regarding that. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice staff, an older hotel but remodeled and very clean and new looking. Great shower. close to city amenities.

A place with personality, not your typical cookie-cutter chain hotel! Check-in was smooth and the person that helped us was efficient and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Having a door on each end of the room is a bit odd, and parking is a bit limited. At first we thought it might be noisy, but wasn't. We slept well. Since it's downtown, there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. We felt comfortable walking around in the evening and again in the morning. Seemed to be a good value for the Billings area.

Exceptional

The only negative is that you can't control the air conditioning. Other than that the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good for 8 dollars and the staff was very nice.

Only needed a room for about 10 hours to catch an early morning flight so didnt utilize the property in its full potential. It was outdated, but I kind of liked it. It suited the purpose in which I needed. Staff was friendly, parking in the parking area was tight, but fine. Would stay again.

A little rough around the edges, but everything worked and nothing smelled lousy. Liked the central location, plenty of walkable food and entertainment options. Skipped the breakfast but had a decent lunch in the hotel restaurant. I'd stay there again if I ever end up in Billings.

The look of hotel was neat .. The carpet was dirty and sheets had stains on them. Also there was screaming and fighting half the night in the courtyard and no staff stopped it. Will not recommend to stay there.
