Big Horn Resort, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the continental breakfast was good but very minimal selection. The water park was fun but I think should have been more discounted or included with a room rental. The arcade was fun, lots of games to play.

Stayed with family. Great to be close to the water park. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but was available daily. Rooms need update, sheets and shower curtain had older stains but it was overall a good stay.

Sheets were wrinkly as if they hadn’t been fully dried, after requesting a bedding change the next day that never happened, there was milk left in the fridge, and the hair dryer didn’t work.

Booked and there was no flexibility in the dates.

The staff was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

This place had everything we could want and more as a family with littles. A water park, an arcade, next to the zoo, and good breakfast. The beds and sheets are so comfortable. I think our room was due for a deep clean. In the bathroom there was a yellow brown sticky stuff that you couldn’t help but look at when sitting on the toilet.

Was just ok well used and VARY noisy also asked to service my room or at least give me clean towels never got either some of the staff was very nice and helpful and then there was others that wasn’t if your going to take the kids to the water park I would suggest just going to the water park and skipping the room

Location The room was dirty, I literally had to wipe my socks off before putting on shoes,

Beds were supper comfy. Room had Microwave and mini fridge. Clean towels were provided everyday. They did give us a $10 card for the arcade. The water park was not included in the room price tickets were sold to hotel guests at a discounted rate.

Bed was nice and breakfast was very good TV didnt work at first and the front desk did not know what to do about it...finally I insisted on the front calling the manager and he got a different remote for us. Front desk was lazy and not very personable or professional. Told the front desk we had a port light at the entrance e to our room kept flashing on and off and we could not sleep (both nights). She said she had maintenance look at it (after they looked at it it became brighter and kept flashing on and off) VERY VERY annoying. Also the bathtub was a third full of dirty water when we checked in and the facet in the sink was too strong and would blow all over. Loud outside our room. The front desk told us upon check out that they would have the manager call us to discuss our concerns and the manager DID NOT. I got the 1-800 number from her and still plan to call as well as put this compliant in. It was NOT worth the price and we will never stay there again. We plan to advise as many other people of the problems with your hotel. Also hot tub was not very hot. Too many issues for the price.
