Clean rooms!!!

Veryclean and comfortable room, very friendly staff, free laundry facilities. All rooms have a full kitchen which was very nice. Only stayed one night in a double queen suite. Very nice peaceful stay.

It was clean and new.

Tried to get me to sign up for IHG Rewards and after several NO's I said I would. The front desk assured me that I would get points from my stay, however, upon checking my account there were 0 pints applied. I was told that since I booked through and third party they would not give me points. Please get your facts straight when dealing with customers who expect what you say to be true only to find out that is not the case.

What a beautiful hotel! Everything was immaculate and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with the size and amenities of the room. Surprised by the option to BBQ as well as laundry available. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

There was no water for 12 hours of my stay that was not the hotels fault but the cities i understand , but it made a n impact in my comfort immensely . The full kitchen was great ! And the staff was awesome !
