It was a great stay besides my daughter getting her brand new iphone 16 stollen on her 13th birthday sleepover. Always plenty to do for the kids. stays kinda packed... the lazy river and the arcade. DO NOT try to leave out on an elevator when you are checking out at 11am.... you will be waiting for a very long time between 10am-11am because every elevator that stops will be FULL. But yes it was clean and comfy in the room. We got 2 rooms across the hall of the king suites with the queen size bunk beds inside. And it was perfect for my daughters 13th birthday sleepover!

All of the staff outside in charge of the rides were completely rude, except Landon. It was horrible to have my children witness such lack of care from your staff. We have stayed in the hotel many times. Spending tens of thousands at this point. Between the suite size room we ALWAYS get, and the minimum of $2000 we spend on the arcade, Does, The cafe, the bar, and the outdoor rides, I was just disappointed how the staff treated a family with young children. The pool area should be cleaner, and their should be more umbrellas available to everyone not just the people that pay extra and shoved in a small corner away from the pool. They should be an umbrella for every chair duo. Also, I noticed the pricing of the arcades have gone up and dome of the food as well, even though quality is the same.

I came here to have a weekend getaway that being said we arrived at 310 and I was told our room was ready but there would be a surcharge for an early check in . I agreed to pay to allow us to put out bags up and go out to the pool. We come up from the pool to get showers and there was no shampoo, conditioner , and enough body wash to allow my son to rinse off . I called down to the desk and told them about it and I was told that they would bring some up . I do not feel they should be able to charge for an early check in and say the room is ready when there is stuff that is not in the room to make it complete .

Air worked very poorly most of the time... shower had mold Balcony door did not lock. Elevators took forever spent most of our trip waiting on elevators!!

My 4 year old absolutely love it! This is the perfect weekend getaway with a small child.

I am not one to complain but the property is rundown, our room smelled like mildew/mold, and it was just kind of grungy looking. It really saddened me because Margaritaville is supposed to be a nice play to stay. I feel like if they closed it temporarily and did some cosmetic things to it, it would greatly improve the reviews.

Everything expensive. Not enough elevators, long wait (20 mins) for elevators from 4pm till about 6/7pm everyday during summer months. Not on beach!
