The location is perfect. The breakfast is great, huge and delicious. The location is well suited to visit the promenade or the beach. There are a lot of details which will light up your stay.. Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I were sick these days. Thus, we couldn't join the wellness and spa area, but we got a little sneak preview aaaaand didn't really miss something. The staff and the relation between each other was most impressive. It's amazing how they value and help each other. 10/10 points I kinda didn't like the parking lodge situation. Binz and soroundings are ridiculous expensive and bad situated parking areas.

Fantastic location right by the beach. Luxurious feel. Very fast internet. Breakfast buffet was good. Complimentary minibar drinks were nice. The room was quite hot. The shower was a little cramped. Instead of a double bed I was given 2 single beds next to each other. No power outlet by the bed. Tissue box was empty. It must also be said that the place was quite expensive, though that is expected for the location.

the view from the suite and access to the beach -the room was not clean (carpet smelly and dirt marks, spider inside the room, dust wool, toilet full of marks, flushing very slow) -toilet and furniture very old -staff: at the check in did not communicate all the information. We asked an upgrade with a sea view which was possible but the receptionist forgot to tell and give us the "Binzer Bucht Card" which costs 20 euro and it is a mandatory price. We found out during the check out that it gives many free services from the city which we didn't able to use, just because the receptionist forgot to tell us. Furthermore was the stuff at the reception during the check out (Sunday 14 july at 11 am) pretty slow and cannot speak proper German. -breakfast: the bread looks like from cheap bakery. It is not value for money, better spend 100 euros more and go to a better place.

No air conditioning. Therefore, the room was quite warm. More vegetables at breakfast would have been appreciated.

location is perfect. didn’t get to see the spa facilities, unfortunately, due to some issues at the reception desk. the room was clean. breakfast was not bad 1. first, we were met by a surprise at the reception desk - i made a mistake whilst booking our two rooms, and instead of assisting us at solving this issue smoothly, the staff was incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to facilitate. they took over two hours of our time for nothing. didn’t give us clear explanation regarding the price change (which differed from what they said on booking.com). on the next day, it turned out that there is a completely new bill info with new pricing details. the staff was not coherent and all the reps gave us different explanations us to what we were being charged for. all in all, we left feeling stressed out, annoyed, and utterly disappointed. 2. the rooms looked outdated. water was left near the window what made it hot and impossible to drink. pillows were mini versions of normal ones. 3. there was not a feeling like we were guests to this hotel, coming to enjoy our short stay and recharge. the atmosphere was unwelcoming

Close to the beach and lovely hotel. The bedsheets weren’t thoroughly cleaned. They have a rooftop bar and restaurant which is good but they stop serving food earlier at night. Considering Rugen is a small city and options closer to hotels are closed earlier. Maybe, a 4 star hotel should be able to provide food for till late.

We liked very much location of the hotel next to the beach! Also, we liked the bar (bit retro from the good old times) but full of people and breakfast. Parking available in front of the hotel or in the garege (€13-15/day) The hotel was a bit old, but the price corresponds to it.

This excellent hotel was a most wonderful find. Located close to the town, but far enough away for the surrounding streets to be less crowded. The facilities are first class. The beach is literally outside the door, and it is a really great beach in the centre of a beautiful bay. The staff here were enormously helpful and with just one notable exception, friendly! The Wi-Fi was good. The parking was on site and easily accessible. The facilities within the hotel are such that you will enjoy a seaside holiday inside if the weather was in any way poor. The swimming pool and other facilities indoors are complemented by the restaurant and the bars. Binz is a really pleasant resort, and the hotel provides guests with the local pass card for using public transport and free access to the well maintained and clean toilet facilities near the beach. The breakfast served in the hotel was a pleasure to sample, a great range of foods, drinks and despite the popularity of the hotel, very efficiently cooked, and the self-service buffet properly maintained. There is nothing that I can think of that I can honestly say that I did not like about this hotel or the town of Binz.
