Nice location. Good food The manager waving a server away during breakfast as we were talking too long. We saw you!!! Not nice. Unprovoked and unprofessional, male head manager! Bathroom shower mold in shower crevices and on door. I cleaned my own shower!

Location is best. Breakfast is super delicious with very good choices. The staffs at breakfast are unbelievable helpful and friendly. The receptionist in the afternoon is less than friendly and take me a lot of nerve just to finish the conversation i mistakely started with her.

The staff were very nice and helpful, they catered to all our needs. The hotel and the town are remarkably clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location of the hotel is 50m away from the beach which is a great plus. Overall a very memorable experience.

The staff was really lovely. We said before that we eat vegan and they prepared a lot of vegan things for us (like vegan scrumbled eggs).

Location is great Room options are Sea side view , partial sea side view or land view. Booked sea side view which is more expensive. Turns out The view is double partial: no sea view at all in the bedroom and the view is the living room is diagional to the shore with trees in front. This now explains why there is no picture of the sea on the website, only from the 2 presidential suites which are the only ones with the full view on the sea. I mentioned that the room to the receptionist that descriptions are misleading and wanted to be compensated. He told me to talk to his coworker on the following day. Talked to the coworker who told me to talk to her boss who was actually the guy who sent me to talk to her. Manager then did not want to hear anything and nor ashamed to hide behing his subordinate. Such a bad customer experience. I just felt tricked twice instead of one.

Modern, spacious and clean room with sea view, for a reasonable price. Breakfast was just fine; nothing extraordinary, but no complaints. Perfect location, short walk from the train station and right on the beach promenade. We actually had no complaints.

The location, the size of the room, the food and above all - the staff. Such a friendly and warm-hearted staff we haven't met, no matter in which department but above all at breakfast, in the restaurant and the reception. Chapeau to you all. They make a difference.
