Very kind and welcoming staff. The room was spacious and the facilities (Spa and Wellness Area) were very rewarding. The hotel's restaurant offers Italian cuisine in the evening, from delicious pizza to classic pasta dishes. The same restaurant also hosts the breakfast buffet in the morning which offers plenty of choice.

We really loved the spa area with an amazing pool, definitely one of the highlights. The breakfast is happening in the neighbouring restaurant, the options are decent but it takes a bit of time to figure out what is really available and where to get it. The hotel also has a onsite parking which is much appreciated in this part of the town. The lift system has a bit of a learning curve and needs some extra caution but nothing too dramatic, be prepared but don't be scared. Our room had a balcony but it was pretty much useless as it was facing the garage and other inner structures, guess we would love to have it a bit better for the price.

The hotel’s location is absolutely ideal – just a few steps from the sea and the Binz pier, making it perfect for long beach walks and sunrises. The ambience and decor throughout the hotel are stylish, modern, and welcoming. We especially appreciated the quiet, well-insulated rooms that made for restful nights. The breakfast was generous and varied, and the sauna and pool area were a true highlight – beautifully designed and wonderfully relaxing. As in many places right now, we noticed that the staff seemed somewhat overwhelmed and under pressure. The check-in process felt unstructured and a bit chaotic. We had to ask three times for a kettle and ended up picking it up ourselves at the reception by the third ask. At breakfast, the staff was noticeably impatient – for example, not giving our child time to respond when asked about a drink. My husband also had to ask several times for a cappuccino, which arrived after a 30-minute wait.

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Binz. The location was central and walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. The hotel pool and sauna facilities were fabulous and the breakfast selection was exceptional!! This hotel in Rugen exceeded our expectations and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking our car was also made easy. No comment.

Rooms are cute and well equipped. The whole place has a great getaway feeling and the house is very well equipped with lots of good features. The pillows are somewhat old and clumpy.

Very nice rooms, very clean, everything was well maintained und beautifully designed. The breakfast is exceptional! And the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. This did not negatively impact our vacation at all, but they really only have limited parking on site. I recommend you book parking in advance. Otherwise they will offer a slot on a nearby parking lot, but since that one is public, a spot is not guaranteed.

Design of the rooms and the amenities Sauna is amazing Only some days the breakfast staff were not really on their best shape. It was sometimes taking too long for them to take our coffee order or there would be no glasses for water and juices. But the omlette station and the staff that prepares the breakfast food were exceptional

We loved the stylish room, delicious breakfast and amazing Spa area. All we wanted is two days away from the city and a little bit of ocean. Britz is a senior citizens paradise but the hotel appeals to all (adult) ages. Everything was very thought through and there was luxury to be had at every corner. Big kudos for the Spa Bags, the friendly staff and diverse breakfast options. My bed had a little indent on my side, but I let the staff know so it should be fixed for the next traveler.
