Good location, friendly personnel, room was clean and comfortable. Quality of breakfast could be improved, more fruits, frech Juice, bacon etc. and further maintenance of the elevator to reduce the funny sounds. There are just very minor issues though.

Amazing peeps who were really good at explaining the details. Really welcoming and happy place to stay. We actually went for our wedding anniversary and they did even give us a small surprise gifts. Breakfast was also really good with more options. The travel tickets within the city and washroom access was free along with the booking of room; which was really helpful. Happy place to be and we both had a really nice time. Beach view rooms was stunning ?

very friendly / helpful reception and breakfast manger = great breakfast included nice balcony / views / table chairs difficult to navigate to hotel - one way streets/ pedestrian zones, can partly be ignored if hotel guest if we knew about it. so better instructions how to get to hotel and parking options

Spacious and clean room with a nice balcony looking out on the Baltic Sea. Large, very comfortable beds. Bathroom with a window (if every hotelroom could have that). The beach is only two minutes away by feet, bars and restaurants are everywhere. Rügen is a beautiful island. Not too much.

Very close to the ocean, I was lucky I had a balcony with ocean view! Big rooms, comfy beds. The reception closes early, and I was arriving in the evening so they called me and arranged for me; very thankful for that!! There was a soap dispenser in the shower which it was empty and dirty. The breakfast was ok in general (very german style) but the eggs didn’t look good at all.

The hotel is in a great location, only meters from the beach. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was traditional and tasty, with plenty of coffee. The staff were particularly friendly and accomodating. There was no desk in the room, but as it is a holiday hotel, this makes sense. Check out at 10am is too early.
