Classic old world hotel in fabulous location with great breakfast room and delicious buffet. Spa area also comfortable. It would be nice to have an outdoor area to relax in from the spa. I'm sensitive to light when sleeping. We had a room facing the street and although quiet it was light. Next time I'll ask for a room facing the other side. Thanks for providing a pleasant stay.

Central location. Large Spa area and swimming pool + Access to a great gym nearby The breakfast was disappointing- food quality average/low. Not much left passed 9:45-10am Staff was not particularly friendly or helpful; they did not share much info on available activities, opening hours of certain places etc. Half-pension: the hotel partnered with a restaurant across the street that is terrible: bad food, ridiculous portions and terrible service

The location close to the main street and the water front as well as the SPA and the breakfast. With a closer look into various corners - espacially in my room - some need for renovation could be seen.

All in all, that was an interesting experience. The breakfast was delicious, the swimming pool was warm enough and quite empty in the morning. However, please keep in mind the hotel doesn't correspond to the 4-star standard, so don't be disillusioned. The premises are outdated and require refurbishing. The room was tiny, dusty and without any bathtub. The slippers were not provided by default, so we had to ask for them at the reception -- that's something I've never seen in any hotel that includes a wellness facility. The pool area is definitely worth renovating as it looks worn out and probably is too small to fit all clients at peak times. One more thing: I forgot my makeup bag in the bathroom. The bag is very small and only contains three items. Not only was I not informed of them finding it, but they also told me I would have to bear the delivery costs. This isn't the level of service one would expect from a 4-star hotel. They are definitely not ready to go extra mile there.

Breakfast is very good Staff friendly Location Room is too small and it was very hot during my stay, no air conditioner. Noise from the street made it difficult to rest properly in the evening. Wifi didn’t work properly, disconnected each 10 mins. Pool didn’t work during my stay
